    Financial Controller

    Job Description

    Main Purpose:

    The Financial Controller is responsible for analizing the financial position of different entities within the Group.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Review of financial figures in SAP BPC (P/L, B/S, Cash Flow) & comment on deviations against budget and last year and provide detail comments on the main events that occurred during the month.
    • Control of the G/L closing procedure (SAP) in order to ensure that the various reports have the expected quality.
    • Prepare / organize the interim / year end audit and centralize all the information / reconciliations for the full region.
    • Organize the budget process and guide the business through the different stages (i.e. targets, uploads in SAP, cost allocation, SAP BPC reporting, Controlling, etc).
    • Preparation of the Balance sheet budget.
    • Prepare the P&L budget based on the SAP BPC tools.
    • Participate in internal audit missions to assess potential risk / profits.
    • Reply to questions from Group Finance regarding the Group reporting figures.
    • Participate in the Compliance process (Group Company register, SAP/Webcost access / EnCompass).
    • Review of the risk balance sheet files.
    • Be the point of contact between the Local Controlling/finance and Group Controlling.
    • Prepare the board meeting presentation.
    • Prepare business cases for opening / closing down of new facilities.
    • Prepare an analysis of Return On Invested Capital calculations for future investments and clients.
    • Prepare Client profitability analysis as and when required.
    • Prepare social plan severance cost (in connection with HR / Procurement) in order to understand the Financial return based on cost savings.
    • Analyse and improve the different process regarding the estimations of the work in progress and gross profit.
    • Be the point of contact between the Regional Financial Controlling team and Operations.
    • Analyze the site results and propose different initiatives to improve the profitability.
    • Ensure the SAP Controlling structure is validated by the business and update in SAP.
    • Follow-up the evolution of the gross profit in terms of volumes/margin and deliver a forecast for month end.
    • Participate in the Local Management meetings representing the R-SSC.
    • Ensure that the different Financial processes are respected locally not only by the Finance employees but also Operational persons.
    • Support the preparation of the Local GAAP reporting as well as participate in the audit of the Local accounts.
    • Assist with the IFRS audit by providing local relevant information requested by the auditors.
    • Carry out internal audits – Country visits.
    • Provide ad hoc financial information to the branches/countries (e.g. sales commission data, client revenue MOM/YOY).
    • Ad hoc duties for the Controlling Director.

    Qualifications:

    • Grade 12 / Standard 10 Certificate.
    • B.Com or equivalent finance degree.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1 year experience as a qualified controller (or similar finance role).
    • Solid experience in both business performance, planning and analysis, financial accounting and audit.
    • Air and Sea/Freight forwarding experience favourable.
    • Own vehicle, a valid driver license.
    • Ability to work extended and flexible hours.

    Quality Assurance Manager IT

    Job Description

    Main Purpose:

    End to end testing of all Distribution applications, change orders and new projects prior to deployment to live environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    •  Participate in JAD sessions.
    •  Create various testing artifacts namely test strategy, test plan, test coverage matrix, test case and test reports.
    •  Review test designs.
    •  Peer review test documentations.
    •  Manage and test all systems under test and data seedling through databases for end to end testing.
    •  Partake in UAT with relevant stakeholders when needed.
    •  Defects logging, retesting and closure.
    •  Manage resource capacity and planning.
    •  Drive the selection of regression test case pack.
    •  Manage issues arising from the testing team.
    •  Mentor junior resources of the team.
    •  Own the QA team deliverables.

    Qualifications:

    •  Grade 12 / Standard 10 Certificate.
    •  National Diploma in IT or a related Degree.

    Minimum Requirements:

    •  Minimum of 5 years experience as a software test manager in a SDLC environment.
    •  Experience in Microsoft development tools.
    •  Exposure to test automation and performance testing.
    •  Ability to use SQL scripts.
    •  Net Frameworks 1 - 4.6.
    •  Valid drivers license.
    •  Ability to work overtime and flexible hours when required.

    Senior Accountant

    Job Description

    Main Purpose:

    GL Recons, P&L reviews, monthly and quarterly reporting, audit assistance, enterprise reporting, VAT Submission, monthly business reviews.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    •  Assist GL specialist/ analyst to sort out queries.
    •  Review GL recons monthly.
    •  Ensure accuracy of recons.
    •  Raise queries and assist with the resolve of queries.
    •  Strive to make sure that the recons are as clean as possible.
    •  Reconcile treasury statement send out any variances to get corrected.
    •  Review VAT reconciliation, resolve queries from FSSC management and local management.
    •  Ensure all journals are processed o time and correctly.
    •  Recurring expenses template to be completed.
    •  Review opex accounts and send a P&L review by workday 3 to finance managers.
    •  Ensure we have accurate costs in PL monthly and YTD.
    •  Ensure that costs are being allocated to the correct accounts.
    •  Suggest necessary accruals and provisions.
    •  Raise question on accounts that fluctuate to get understanding of movement.
    •  Answer any queries raised.
    •  Ensure adjustments as requested are processed.

    Qualifications:

    •  Grade 12 / Standard 10 Certificate.
    •  Completed Bcom (Honnors) degree. It must be a Honnors degree in Finance.

    Minimum Requirements:

    •  Minimum of 3 years (this does not include article experience) work experience in a similar analyst / controlling role.
    •  Valid and unendorsed driver’s license.
    •  Reliable transport to and from work.
    •  Ability to work long overtime hours.

    Analyst - Infrastructure Technical Services

    Job Description

    Main Purpose:

    The Infrastructure Technical Services Analysts, add value by facilitating the delivery of technical support services to our business. To help manage desktop services (personal computing, printing issues, network service, etc.) and projects related to these services (rollout of new services and applications, office moves, participating in cross-EIT and business project teams).

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    •  Work as part of a close knit team, to provide a quality service to the business.
    •  Liaison with business partners and vendors to resolve their IT related issues, problems and requests.
    •  Provide project coordination related to the provision of Global IT services.
    •  Own, and manage to completion, minor and major changes to local infrastructure.
    •  Ensure all local work conforms to Enterprise standards and policies.
    •  Liaise with the Enterprise Remote Operations.
    •  Support teams as required to manage and resolve incidents assigned to the remote team that are affecting local business operations.
    •  Understand expectations that were set with business clients and recognize when issues/events may need escalation up the management chain.

    Qualifications:

    •  Grade 12 / Standard 10 Certificate.
    •  CompTia A+, CompTia N+, one or more module MCITP or similar.

    Minimum Requirements

    •  Minimum of 1 years’ experience,
    •  working with service desk or IT operations in a multinational framework,
    •  working with vendors and hardware procurement/delivery processes,
    •  supporting multiple aspects of infrastructure to include standard printing, PC, laptop and wireless devices,
    •  working with 1 or more infrastructure/operations discipline (e.g., systems administration, network administration, telecommunications),
    •  in project coordination.
    •  Moderate knowledge in 2 or more infrastructure/operations discipline.
    •  Moderate knowledge of incident management systems (e.g. Cherwell).
    •  Troubleshooting both hardware and software based issues.
    •  Basic knowledge of general IT process and audit mechanisms.
    •  IT Compliance Principles.
    •  Own vehicle with a valid drivers license.
    •  Ability to travel.
    •  Ability to lift 50 lbs.
    •  Ability to work Standby on weekends.
