    HR Administrator

    Responsibilities:

    • Aid with overtime calculations and submissions
    • Leave processing
    • New employee onboarding process
    • Employee termination processing
    • Conducting employee checks
    • Generating employment contracts
    • Conducting employee induction
    • Maintaining and updating employee records
    • Assisting with the interview process (new recruits and exit)
    • Access control, enrollments, and system maintenance
    • Occupational Health and Safety compliance and management, and IOD submissions
    • Accurate data processing and management thereof
    • Admin related assistance
    • Employee wellness and extraordinary events calendar management
    • Internal distribution of communication to branches

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Minimum of 3 years HR experience within the Transport and Logistics Industry
    • Computer literate
    • Ability to work under pressure when needed and be available to work overtime when the role and responsibilities require it
    • General understanding of administration processes and procedures
    • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing on all levels
    • Time management, and deadline driven
    • Knowledge of the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight and Logistics Industry
    • Knowledge of the Motor Industry Bargaining Council
    • Understanding of Time and Attendance systems
    • Clear understanding of pension, provident fund, and medical aid processes
    • Own reliable vehicle

    Despatch Clerk/Stock Controller

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Processing online e-commerce orders
    • Packing and dispatching all customers' orders timeously
    • Ordering and maintaining stock levels
    • Creating purchase orders and matching of invoices on the purchase order system
    • Assisting with all non-e-commerce requests
    • Receiving all stock orders from suppliers and ensuring stock received is correct
    • Placing orders with suppliers and keeping track of all orders
    • Tracking shipments and addressing any delays
    • Overseeing storage of products, particularly fragile items
    • Keeping updated inventory records (including daily shipments)
    • Monthly stock taking
    • Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
    • Receiving and dispatching orders for products or deliveries

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 minimum (Matric)
    • Own vehicle and valid driving license
    • MS Word, Excel, and software applications
    • Computer operations
    • Good understanding of supply chain procedures
    • Working knowledge of inventory management software
    • Active participation in inventory audits
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Good communication and negotiation abilities
    • Basic understanding of online/e-commerce shopping an advantage

    Invoicing/Admin Clerk

    • Assisting with monthly stock take processes
    • Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
    • Generating all customers' invoices and credit notes
    • Sending customers' invoices and credit notes daily
    • Sending customers' statements monthly
    • Following up on outstanding debtors

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 minimum (Matric)
    • Own vehicle and valid driving license
    • MS Word, Excel, and software applications
    • Computer operations
    • Good understanding of supply chain procedures
    • Working knowledge of inventory management software
    • Active participation in inventory audits
    • Excellent organization skills
