    HR Consultant: Commercial

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • You support an HR Business Partner in the execution of the business specific people agenda and deliver efficient and cost-effective HR administrative support to employees and managers at particular business sites in the organisation. This includes administrative activities and service delivery along the whole HR value chain (incl. talent acquisition and management, organisation, capabilities, employee relations and culture needs and priorities).

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Execution of People Strategy

    • Responsible for the execution of programmes and activities initiated by the HR Business Partners, e.g. talent acquisition campaigns, bargaining agreements, learning and development programmes
    • Keep the HR Business Partner informed about the status and success of programmes
    • Provide operational support for ER/IR issues including grievances, disciplinary hearings and terminations
    • Coordinate employee engagement activities such as surveys administration, gathering employee feedback, etc.
    • Collaborate with HR business partners on recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, assessments, etc.

    Administrative Local Support

    • Process all HR Shared Services activities related to a site or group of sites as per the defined standard procedure
    • Manage the administration of HR operational activities in multiple HR disciplines (recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, L&D and Employee Lifecycle.)
    • Manage the on-boarding of new hires - document collection, checklists etc.
    • Schedule and manages administrative activities related to L&D courses at site, e.g. enrolment of employees to courses
    • Run customized HR reports, dashboards and metrics to suit business requirements
    • Provide regular communication and training to all stakeholders on process and system changes as well as on other relevant matters pertaining to HRSS
    • Advise and socialise business/employees on all HRSS processes relating to site
    • Monitor and address business adoption issues with HR Field Manager
    • Implement and track activities proposed by HR Field Manager (issue resolution)
    • Maintain data integrity and org structures in line with standards / budgeted headcount

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Business or HR related degree
    • Professional HR certification / membership preferred
    • 3-4 years (HR Gen 1) or 1-2 years  (HR Gen 2) post-qualification experience within HR handling operational activities
    • Knowledge of HR policies and processes
    • Experience with HR IS (Oracle preferred)

    Maintenance Coordinator

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • You will be in charge of performing all tasks relate to maintenance and the general upkeep of the entire plant. This role is responsible for ensuring documentation of all maintenance  activities is up to date and stored . In this role you will be responsible for devising maintenance plans to mitigate breakdowns ,this involves maintenance protocol for all machinery as well as daily upkeep for non-mechanical maintenance.  It is the Maintenance Coordinators responsibility to make sure that the OHS act are adhered to ensure a safe working environment. You will be responsible for Asset care management in the entire plant of responsibility.

    Additional you will Ensuring maintenance execution is done in line with MECP principles.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform tasks associated Machine availability.
    • Review, evaluate, and prioritize requests for maintenance
    • Tend to all equipment that needs repair through coordinating a rapid response team
    • Inspect sites regularly, responding to requests and evaluating current status and needs
    • Ensure an effective maintenance program is implemented and followed.

    Maintenance Manager _PMB

    THE JOB AT A GLANCE

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Maintenance Scheduling

    • Do planned maintenance scheduling, update schedules and sign off on completed schedules
    • Conduct plant inspections, and issue unplanned maintenance schedules
    • Issue job cards and maintenance schedules.
    • Approval of all engineering spares, within budget
    • Ensure quality maintenance is done on maintenance day.

    CAPEX budgets

    • Understand the plant needs and do CAPEX budget planning (5 year plan)
    • Complete and submit CPAEX motivations as per Tiger requirements

    People Management

    • Engage regularly with employees through invocoms, union engagements.

    •  MDP/MAP/PMD/MBA will be highly advantageous

    Cost Accountant: Culinary

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • You will be responsible for the reporting of, but not limited to, product cost, mix, volume, material and conversion variances. This will include analysis of labour efficiency, yields, waste, factory OEE’s, cost drivers (allocation rules) and cost control. You be expected to summarize key findings and draw management’s attention and support for action. You will be responsible for the inventory, fixed assets and related balance sheets accounts for your unit(s), the reconciliation thereof. Your support will be required to ensure that internal controls, capital and operating expenses are properly governed and compliant with company policies and protocols. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Set, upload and monitor standard costs (using a fully absorbed, activity-based model) with the assistance of procurement and operations. This includes new product costings, and amendments to existing standards.
    • Accurate and timeous loading of new and amended bill of materials
    • Report weekly (WPE) on factory performance for the current month
    • Review and follow up on open orders, long outstanding orders.
    • Perform month-end accruals, cut-off transactions, reallocations and validation of accounts for the period close on a monthly basis.
    • Pro-actively manage variances on a daily basis with the cost analyst, escalating to site management for action, in order to minimize losses
    • Perform monthly reporting and validation of material variances, under and over recoveries and continuous improvement projects
    • Report on and assist department heads with cost control, budgeting and forecasting (Perform revisions or simulations as needed)
    • Ensure full transparency of costs and financial impact to the organization of major or strategic decisions relating to the factory or cluster of responsibility
    • Ensure that capital and operating expenditure and other scenario-based calculations are properly investigated, detailed and yield the expected returns. 
    • Ensure that internal controls at the unit are adequate, regularly monitored, compliant with standard operating procedures and to assist with preparation and support during audits and self-assessments.
    • Seek for and support cost improvement opportunities, be an active contributor to improvement projects and initiatives, validate and review proposed savings. 
    • Reconcile and validate inventory, fixed assets and related balance sheet accounts.
    • Attend stock takes and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures including assisting with the authorization of inventory write-off
    • Provide ongoing guidance and support to cost analyst including the review and timeous delivery of outputs.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Experience

    •  Honours Degree in Management Accounting / Finance or equivalent. 
    •  CIMA will be advantageous
    •  Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in a FMCG manufacturing facility in a similar role, exceptions will be considered. 
    •  Minimum 3 years at a plant/factory within manufacturing or FMCG. (Plant experience is non-negotiable)
    •  Oracle experience preferred.

    • Strong communication skills and be able to liaise with a variety of non-financial functions
