    Director, Marketing – South Africa

    What You’ll Do For Us

    • Manage the marketing plans and integration of plans in country/region with the relevant bottler. Also integrate plans with local commercial strategies together with Franchise team and bottler (objectives, investments, tracking execution and success metrics, activity calendars, including Innovation projects and Integrated Marketing Campaigns).
    • Provide input on regional brand plans (activities, calendars, execution of allocated Direct Marketing Expenditure) and local innovation opportunities
    • Co-create on development of market-level innovation projects and provide market input for Operating Unit led Integrated Marketing campaigns (as applicable)
    • Oversee localization and real-time amplification of Integrated Marketing campaigns within the country/region, providing input to relevant Integrated Marketing team
    • Manage brand activation at the local level, including activations, consumer promotions, experiential marketing and events (leveraging mkt assets), in coordination with bottlers
    • Lead country/region marketing preparation and participation in key business System Review meetings. Support coordination of Franchise routines together with Franchise Managers
    • Work closely with Platform services to ensure timely procurement process management and compliance related to brand activations
    • Key marketing representative of respective country/region with the overall responsibility for the local relevance, alignment and implementation of marketing plans. Work closely with Franchise team, Bottlers and collaborate across all functions to deliver the plan as measured by volume, share and profit

    Role Requirement

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related fields
    • 10+ Years of Marketing and leadership experience
    • Direct experience with marketing activation
    • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
    • Experience within the Food and Beverages is an added advantag
    • Ability to provide nuanced country/regional level input on marketing strategy and plans (e.g. consumer / shopper insights)
    • Ability to develop relationships with key bottlers and ensure alignment and buy-in on mkt agenda
    • Ability to coordinate full details (calendars, resources, metrics) of local activation with Bottlers
    • Ability to identify needs for campaign localization or customization as necessary
    • Ability to provide input on media buying (in partnership with Marketing procurement), as necessary

    Senior Manager, Marketing – South Africa

    What You will Do:

    Role Requirement

    • 6+ years Significant market and leadership experience.
    • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related fields
    • Direct experience with marketing activation/execution
    • Ideally experience working with The Coca-Cola Company external partners (bottlers and customers).
    • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred.
    • Experience within FMCG environment is an added advantage
    • Business and commercial acumen.

    Director, Africa Financial Planning & Analysis- Value Chain

    What You’ll Do for Us

    • You are responsible for all aspects of the Value Chain. That includes Commercial Finance, System Economics, customer P&Ls, NPDs, ….
    • You are responsible for the analysis of the Value Chain.
    • You are part of the FP&A Service Delivery Team and foster a strong collaboration with the OU & Genpact
    • You will operate within a framework set by and in collaboration with the Process Transformation Team and will highlight where there is room to do things more efficient and/or effective.
    • You will maintain the primary business relationship with the OU Financial Planning Teams on all Value Chain topics.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • 8-10 years of FP&A working experience.   
    • Bachelors or Master's Degree in Finance or other business functions and field operation will be a plus.
    • Ability to understand and manage risk
    • Experience in a multinational company with a global footprint.
    • Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, global mindset, effective communication, operational excellence, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation.

    Functional Skills

    • Experience in one or more domains of FP&A -especially Value Chain
    • Service mindset & stakeholder management
    • Have a natural focus on Operational Excellence
    • Agile ways of working to solve problems
    • Be able to work autonomously whilst being a team player.

    Director, Africa Financial Planning & Analysis – Topline

    What You’ll Do for Us

    • You are responsible for the close & financial planning (flash/RE and business plan) of the Top-line. That includes Unit Cases Sales Volume, Concentrate Shipments, Pricing, Incidence, non-Marketing DFR, ….
    • You are responsible for the analysis of the Top-line. That includes Unit Cases Sales Volume, Concentrate Shipments, Pricing, Incidence, non-Marketing DFR, ….  With a focus on the end-to-end process.
