    Senior Integrated Project Manager

    About the role

    Senior Project Manager , team X – Region Overseas

    Support team X content & campaigns team for the region for management and production of campaigns, working with Account Director and internal creative team to deliver creative & content excellence across Region Overseas.  Region Overseas encompasses a diverse set of markets including Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand Middle East, Turkey, Latam and South Africa.

     

    Collaboration

    • As part of the team X content workflow, to plan and coordinate various aspects of static and motion picture production, CRM, email, web and POS layouts and arranging finances for productions, support the team for the process for origination of regional/local campaigns and work with local teams to ensure excellency in execution. Previous experience working on automotive and retail accounts will be advantageous.
    • Collaborating in a team X region team of 25+ people, including network leadership, digital performance and audience management.
    • Manage all productions and multiple adaptations, motion picture productions from concept (capacity planning, scheduling, scoping, project calendars, milestones, and timelines) to executions to ensure production targets and deadlines are met for Mercedes-Benz Region Overseas.
    • Financial management i.e., forecast and budget management for all production, reconciliation of jobs to determine profitability and payment of external vendors.
    • Collaborate with traffic manager to reinforce, improve, optimise agency workflow and projects are delivered within scope.
    • Production administration to ensure the effective roll-out, implementation, and smooth running of production deliverables during pre-and post-production.
    • Responsible for the successful delivery of projects as specified in the strategic and creative brief(s).
    • Ensure development, optimisation and reinforcement of systems and processes in the team  to ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for expedited deadlines, limited project budgets, and agency resources and implement proactive solutions.
    • Build strong relationships and foster good team spirit with both clients and members of the agency team.
    • Timeous comprehensive production briefs in order of priority - responsible for the daily smooth running of an account and the production of its advertising by liaising with traffic and establishing deadlines, as well as for ensuring that work is produced on time

    This role will report into the Content Studio Lead

    Requirements:

    • 5 – 7 years minimum experience fulfilling the Project Manager role in a digital agency.
    • Higher Certificate/Diploma/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Media Studies) or relevant degree.
    • Experience in content & campaigns, ideally developed in creative / comms agencies.
    • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methodologies and tools
    • Preferred experience working across automotive, technology and / or luxury categories
    • Preferred familiarity with project management systems (e.g. Jira, Asana) and content management systems
    • Knowledge of digital channels and fundamentals of data driven marketing
    • Creative mind with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to output.

    Mid-weight Art Director

    Key Purpose:

    • Ability to interrogate the brief and strategy in order to produce world-class ideas, craft in art direction and results on all conventional and unconventional media types for their client/potential client.

    Creative

    • To assist their CDs in building the creative reputation of Hunt Lascaris.
    • To take accountability in ensuring all their creative output consistently meets the highest quality standards.
    • To present creative work internally and externally in a clear, professional and impactful manner.
    • To produce and craft original and great concepts and art direction proactively and in response to creative briefs of existing clients or potential clients.
    • Work with Strategy & Account Management to understand the clients’ brand and manage projects in a way that will support the delivery of iconic work for the brand.
    • Actively encourage and facilitate collaboration within the creative department and other departments within Hunt Lascaris.
    • Stay aware of current trends, popular culture, ideas, work in order to confidently stay ahead of the curve and stay relevant and contemporary.
    • Consistently develop and refine their craft in a way that demonstrates a real passion for the work they do.
    • To contribute to the shop window (local and international awards).

     Business Management

    • Accurate recording of work time.
    • Actively participate in new business pitches and business development when required.
    • Responsibility to spread positive sentiment and not to add fuel any negative sentiments in a way that is destructive to Hunt Lascaris’ reputation both internally and externally.

     People/Collaboration

    • To help develop the creative department to anticipate and reflect the changing needs of Hunt Lascaris and its’ clients through on the job development, active participation in the creative department (e.g. Disruption, training, and other company initiatives).
    • Provide feedback to your Creative Director regarding improvements that could be made to the creative department and Hunt Lascaris.
    • Has actively supported and involved team members at the appropriate time to resolve issues.
    • Has encouraged all members to look for collaborative ways to make the Hunt Lascaris a great place to work.

    Requirements

    Knowledge and Experience required:

    • 3 years plus as an Art Director in a leading creative agency/company that has generated or can generate and produce world-class ideas and art direction for Hunt Lascaris and their clients or potential clients.

    Skills and Educational Requirements:

    • World-class art direction ability.
    • Presentation skills.
    • Strategically minded.
    • Creatively diverse (photography, design, illustration).
    • Technical understanding of tv & content production, edits, sound, music, voice and direction.

    Optional extras:

    • Influencer, opinion leader, blog site, editorial experience, poetry, After Effects, 3D rendering, illustration, editing, design, songwriter, sound production, artist.
