    Job Description

    Servicing and advising existing clients with benefits structure and design.

    Providing advice on annual reviews an enhancements as well as legislative changes to clients and financial planners, while assisting Financial planners in cross-selling and identifying retail opportunities.

    Liaison between fund administrator, EVB (Eco-system), Planners, clients and all other stakeholders regarding all fund issues. Ability to present at board of trustee/management committee level.

    Query resolution. Detailed reports on comparative costs and benefits. Managing Complaints and Escalations of clients to ensure high levels of service are adhered to. Responding to queries ensuring they are resolved timeously and effectively. Analyse and interpret data, liaise with external providers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
