    Control Room Operator - Midrand

    Minimum Requirements    

    • PSIRA Grade A and B
    • Minimum 3 Years control room experience
    • HIRA Qualified (advantage)
    • First aid level 2 (advantage)
    • Firefighting level 1 (advantage)
    • Computer literacy
    • Matric
    • Bilingual English and any other African Language

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Data capturing (Reports and Incidents)
    • Monitoring of alarm based and non-alarm based applications.
    • Monitoring of live streaming CCTV.
    • Daily CCTV and other system checks (ensure all cameras and monitoring systems are fully functional)
    • Filing of relevant documentation
    • Communicating relevant information regarding movements on and offsite.
    • Communicate with armed response and field supervisors regarding detailed information where needed.
    • Ensure familiarity with all the monitoring systems deployed in the control room
    • Support the technical department and sales department
    • Ensure that customer service levels are exceptional and that internal and external customers receive exceptional service.
    • Support and assist with EHS efforts of the Company.
    • Ensure that control room equipment is looked after and kept in good working order and that damages or equipment failures are reported to the Control Room Manager immediately.
    • Ensure that technical requests for assistance are well coordinated and  communicated.

    Service /Plants Technician - Honeydew

    • A suitable candidate must have experience in horticulture,and caring and maintenance of plants in a variety of settings. This role is suitable for a candidate in the west rand areas (honeydew/zandspruit )

    Minimum Requirements

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Plant propagation by taking cuttings and grafting plants to produce new plants
    • Recording data and monitoring crop health to identify any issues or concerns that may need to be addressed by a supervisor
    • Monitoring the growth of plants and performing regular maintenance tasks such as watering and fertilizing plants and checking for signs of disease
    • Evaluating greenhouse conditions to ensure that they are safe for employees and plants
    • Observing plant growth patterns over time to identify any changes in conditions that may affect plant health
    • Collecting samples for chemical analysis and performing other tests on soil samples to determine the pH level and nutrient content

    Operations Controller - Honeydew

    • This role is responsible for generating, planning, routing and scheduling of all service work. This position is based at the Honeydew office and reports to the Operations Manager.Suitable candidates should be from around Zandspruit /Honeydew.

    • Ensure that stock issued for service is accurately picked against daily requirement per client.

    Senior Contracts Quality Controller - Midrand

    • The main function of this role is to ensure that contracts are of the quality standards and that they are loaded onto the system properly and assist with all queries in the absence of the Commercial Contract Manager.Its also to manage the Contract Dashboard and allocate contract numbers to other CQC’s.  Take note of all queries on contracts and add detail to the dashboard

    Minimum Requirements

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Master the use of all IT business platforms implemented in order to understand and manage the processing of all contracts in its entirety.
    • Liaise with Sales regarding any queries on contracts received – missing & incorrect info.
    • E-mail the signed contract and credit application form (if new) to the Accounts Department for credit approval and opening of the account.
    • Once the client’s account is opened, the Contracts Quality Controller (CQC) will load the site/s as per the contract and ensure that the address and all other information on the agreement is loaded correctly.
    • Load the installation/Initial Service on Concept, including the schedule of rates but excluding the assets. The assets will only be loaded once we have received the Installation Advice (POD).
    • Follow up with all Installation / Service Controllers, once tasks sent for installation/service and follow up on progress. Issue additional tasks when required, should part installations be done.  Request back billing for any invoices that didn’t bill due to incorrect codes.
    • The contract must be loaded on the New and Lost in the month that the contract was received/installed, and should the contract be carried over, to ensure that the contract is then entered in the new month. Compile & Check overall New and Lost report and submit twice a week to Management

    • Manage Industrial relations in area; Manage staff scheduling to include monitoring of time and attendance, leave schedules, overtime etc.
