    Senior .Net Developer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop secure, scalable, event-driven transaction processing applications using .NET and database technologies.
    • Promote team efficiency by using established tools and automating tasks with appropriate scripting.
    • Ensure development aligns with Blue Label Group standards, including creating unit tests, component test scripts, and maintaining technical documentation.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and improve product features.
    • Perform maintenance programming, address technical debt, and participate in peer review processes.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and break down tasks for sprint execution.
    • Estimate requirements for sprint planning and recommend process improvements.

    • Foster a culture of respect and cooperation, overcoming barriers to collaboration.
    • Engage with external stakeholders to develop joint solutions.

    Product Manager – Credit Risk

    Role Overview: 

    • The Product Manager for Credit Risk Solutions will develop and execute regional business strategies for Core Credit, aiming to exceed revenue forecasts and drive growth. Acting as the local ambassador for Africa, you will adapt and implement Core Credit products and go-to-market strategies, connecting Sales, Analytics, and delivery teams to boost product adoption and achieve long-term results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Regional Strategy: Lead the rollout and adoption of Core Credit solutions in Africa, aligning with the Center of Excellence (CoE).
    • Product Strategy: Collaborate with the CoE to adapt product strategies and propose innovative ideas to support regional growth.
    • Revenue Management: Set and achieve ambitious revenue goals, manage the pipeline, and increase deal profitability.
    • Sales Support: Develop and deliver sales training, provide tools, and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in sales efforts.
    • Customer Engagement: Ensure successful delivery of solutions, establish advisory boards for customer feedback, and participate in industry events.
    • Reporting & Compliance: Provide forecasting reports, ensure compliance with regional regulations, and maintain transparency across teams.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Education: Tertiary qualification in a business-related field.
    • Experience: 6-8 years in credit/analytics product management with proven success in business development, innovation, and strategic partnerships.
    • Skills: Strong leadership, presentation, and consultancy skills; experience in growing revenue, managing teams, and explaining complex solutions.
