    Sales Support Assistant - Northern Suburbs (Cape)

    Purpose of the job 

    • To provide administrative assistance to the Sales Support team with regards to placement of orders and payment of invoices.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Supplier Reconciliation of invoices & statements
    • Processing of Invoices (SAP and F&F) 
    • Resolve queries received from stores, suppliers and other departments
    • Administration of systems (SAP and F&F)
    • Ad hoc tasks

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies 

    • Grade 12
    • Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Finance related administrative role
    • Computer Literacy: G-suite package and exposure to MS Word, Excel, Power Point, 
    • Minimum 1 year experience of working with  SAP 
    • Fixtures & Fittings knowledge will be an advantage
    • Proficient in English

    Finance Clerk: Stores Banking - Northern Suburbs (Cape)

    PURPOSE OF THE POSITION 

    • To ensure that all sales and expenses are processed monthly and that all deposits made by stores are banked on a daily basis.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Capturing and coding of daily cash expenses and sales returns
    •  Processing of bank statements
    •  Reconciliation of daily cash, sales returns and expenses with bank statements
    •  Reconciliation of bank statements with ledger balances
    •  Resolving of discrepancies between the sales report and the retail report
    •  General administration duties

    Requirements

    JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

    • Grade 12 (with Accounting)
    • Accounting diploma/ certificate will be an advantage
    • 2 Years reconciliation experience within a financial department will be an advantage
    • Computer Literacy (G-Suite, MS Office)
    • SAP experience will be an advantage
    • Competencies required: Aptitude to work with figures; Planning, Organising and Control; Problem Assessment; Communication Skills; Detail Orientation; Stress Tolerance and able to work in a team as well as independently

    Systems Analyst - Northern Suburbs (Cape)

    Purpose of the job

    • To maintain and develop required enhancements to the Enterprise Planning and/or Demand and Fulfilment systems and to provide planning information and support to the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Development and Implementation of enhancements to the Enterprise Planning and/or Demand and Fulfilment systems to support the business needs

    Requirements

    BI Analyst - Northern Suburbs (Cape)

    Description

    We are looking for a passionate expert that has a creative flair, and is not afraid to challenge the status quo

    to find efficient and effective solutions that support business processes and decision making. The role is responsible for the design and delivery of robust reporting and data visualisation solutions that support operational and analytical needs.

    Key responsibilities

    • Conduct impact assessments to understand and mitigate risks to systems and business processes. 
    • Obtain, manipulate and analyse business data to derive insights.
    • Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights for decision making and help highlight trends and patterns in data sets.
    • Provide technical support for simple support requests and resolve timeously.
    • Write SQL queries where applicable or utilise data solutions tool sets.  
    • Test and validate solutions in accordance with specification and user requirements.
    • Visualize data using appropriate tools.

    Requirements

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies 

    • Business degree with Analytical/Commercial subjects, Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent NQF level 8 qualification
    • Minimum 5+ years’ Business Intelligence experience
    • Experience with test-driven development
    • BI Analysis, data design or analysis experience in a data and analytics environment
    • Advanced working knowledge of SQL
    • Retail knowledge and experience will be an advantage
    • Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, Qlik/BO, Data/looker Studio and GCP will be advantageous
    • A curious self-starter who takes initiative, investigates problems, see possibilities and takes action
