    Cashier

    Job Purpose

    • To provide an efficient customer service by performing Prive and admin bank Cash Desk Transactions to the required standards, and in compliance with all applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Matric / Grade 12

    Minimum Requirements

    • Must have 1 year working experience in Cashiering.
    • Basic computer knowledge skills.
    • Knowledge of facility procedures and its application to customers.
    • Knowledge on credit card, cheque markers and cashless transactions processing and the standards thereof.
    • Accurate and quick completion of all transactions.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    •  Ability to work under pressure.
    • Ability to perform the Administrative duties for the Admin bank.
    • Must have a working knowledge of Gaming Board rules and regulations.
    • Shift work is operational requirement.
    • Operationally required to work in a smoking environment.

    Main Resposibilites

    • Effective and accurate transactions with all customers.
    • Security, accountability and reconciliation of daily operational float.
    • Maintain all transactions to departmental standards.
    • To be familiar with departmental Procedures and Policies

    Senior Cashier

    Job Purpose

    • To assist guests and staff with transactions at the Cash desk. To ensure that the assets of the company are safeguarded and that all duties are performed to the highest level of efficiency and security in accordance with company policies and procedures

    Qualifications

    • Matric (with Mathematics)

    Minimum Requirements

    • Experience in Cashier
    • Knowledge of facility procedures and its application to customers

    Main Resposibilites

    • Provide excellent customer service to all incoming customers
    • Accurately and efficient performance of transctions within the department
    • Maintain healthy internal colleague relationships and work ethic
    • Security, accountability and reconciliation of daily operational float.

    Bar Person

    Job Purpose

    • To ensure guest satisfaction by providing efficient beverage service in accordance with the required standards of the Company.

    Qualifications

    • Matric certificate  

    Minimum Requirements

    • 2 years’ work experience in a similar environment  
    • Micros knowledge an advantage  
    • Stock taking and stock ordering 

    Main Resposibilites

    • Manage and maintain set standards of the department 
    • Supervises his/her bar within the constraints of the Company’s policy and government legislation
    • It is the responsibility of the bartenders to ensure that the bars and trolley bars are clean, stocked and always packed during operational times.    
    • Maintains stringent stock and cash control procedures as laid down in the company handbook and as per departmental procedures.  
    • Ensure that guest satisfaction is maintained at the bar. 
    • Co-operates with the fellow bar staff to ensure correct taking of orders and service of beverage according to company standards.  
    • The Bar Person will be responsible for the operation of his/her bar.  
    • Satisfies guest to prevent guest complaints. 
    • Ensure excellent service delivery 
    • Manage and adhere to Health and Safety 
    • Manage communication with department 
    • Handle handed financial responsibilities

    Room Attendant

    Job Purpose

    • Always ensure that Guest rooms are clean and ready for arrival. Maintain Hotel Policy and Procedures, Rules and Regulations. To uphold the company’s Vision, Mission and Values. To be available to be trained and developed according to the Company’s requirements.
