    Intern Estate Agent - Western Seaboard of Cape Town (Milnerton)

    • We are looking for an agent who lives in the Western Seaboard / Milnerton area. Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license and their own reliable car.  They must also have their own devices (mobile and laptop).

    The main responsibilities will be:

    • Negotiation and selling skills;
    • Ambition, drive and charisma;
    • Good communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and colleagues;
    • Strong organisation skills, as you may be dealing with more than one property at a time;
    • Willingness to take on responsibility, as estate agents will likely be afforded a great deal of responsibility early on;

    Fully Qualified Estate Agent - Steyn City, Fourways, Sandton

    Key Responsibilities   

    • Receive and deal with leads within a maximum time frame.
    • Set up appointments and show potential clients and conclude deals on sales and rentals on daily basis.
