    Data Analyst (Digital and Business data)

    KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Ownership of O+O and Business data process, ensuring robust data architecture, storage allowing for visualisation, dashboard and beauty tech application
    • Work with internal, Digital, Commercial and External data and Advertising vendors to gather, structure, automate, store, administer and transform data on a daily basis
    • Access and enhance O+O data integration to implement global Digital, Media and Marketing ROI tools 
    • Work on reporting and systems projects, improving data accessibility in different business areas
    • Work with business teams to understand reporting requirements and develop solutions in Power BI sourced from data stored in Google Cloud Platform 
    • Conduct BI training courses to upskill new members of the Commercial and Marketing teams
    • Be first point of contact for business system issues, working with IT to resolve
    • Work closely with the global data and Product Owner teams
    • Be responsible for administering system access rights and delegations for core business systems
    • Take the initiative to suggest process improvements to established ways of working in order to gain further efficiencies and share best practice

    TECHNICAL, PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

    • Experience preferably within a consumer driven and fast paced sales environment 
    • Educated degree level 
    • Power BI and Excel (MUST HAVE) 
    • DAX (intermediate) & VBA (essential)
    • GCP (Must have), SQL, Python (Nice to have)
    • Experience of generating reports from Business Intelligence applications (essential), preferably from GCP
    • Experience of creating reports & visualisations using Power BI
    • Highly numerate, analytically strong and a great eye for detail
    • Experience of analyzing large data sets
    • Financial reporting knowledge (preferable, not essential)

    Facilities Engineer - Midrand

    KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

    • Guarantee the quality of distributed electrical energy. 
    • Ensure the maintenance of facilities and utilities. 
    • Coordinate the subcontracted new work and maintenance activities on the site, ensuring the observance of the regulation, the EHS. L’Oréal instructions, the quality, the deadlines and the costs. 
    • Ensure the permanent diagnosis, the preventive and curative maintenance, by managing subcontracted activities. 
    • Ensure that everyone on site adheres to the regulation and the safety instructions. 
    • Carry out the risk analysis in case of investments, new work and maintenance under his/her responsibility. 
    • Contribute to the reduction of environmental impacts in its perimeter of activity. 
    • Contribute to EHS & Facilities team projects and initiatives. 
    • Creating costings and compiling quotations based on design.

    EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • ND or BTech Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
    • Millwright, Mechanical or Electrical Trade certificate will be advantageous.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Maintenance Technician/Engineer role.
    • 3 – 5 years’ experience in an FMCG environment – Manufacturing/Processing Plant experience.
    • Proven experience on Facilities Management with a strong understanding of PLCs, and Controls.
    • AUTOCAD experience required.
    • Project Management experience is essential.

    Quality Process Expert/Engineer - Midrand

    KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Act as a liaison between Corporate IQ, DGO, R&D and Logistics during new product launches
    • Act as a technical consultant to assist in bulk process problem solving
    • Assist the plant in the identification bulk processing preventative actions
    • Assist in the analysis of bulk and finished good waivers
    • Coordinate and oversee process optimization projects, including the purchase of new equipment in the unit of production (UP)
    • Manage sampling programs for first production approvals
    • Manage the bulk product specifications change process and the control testing of bulk and finished goods for all first production batches
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all processing procedures and applicable ISO requirements
    • Leads a team of professionals continually encouraging 100% employee engagement (if applicable)
    • Identify project requirements and organise team assignments by defining project priorities according to resources available
    • Supervise and monitor project implementation from a technical standpoint, in line with the delivery schedule
    • Provide technical assistance to plants implementing new industrial manufacturing processes (SP)
    • Issue project progress reports to the relevant contacts (business units, R&I, Quality DGO, management, in plants)
    • Obtain information on new manufacturing methods from Quality DGO
    • Coordinate projects to make sure that plant, suppliers and subcontractors all comply with the quality system
    • Coordinate quality operations for product launches
    • Use and analyse quality KPIs and monitor action plans to improve quality
    • Share own expertise in plant quality systems (processing, packaging, assurance quality, document management, quality management, industrial hygiene) to provide specialist input on plant quality systems
    • Run quality training sessions and coaching
