    Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Sandton

    Role Purpose    

    • You will be responsible for analysing, designing, and developing business intelligence solutions for internal and external stakeholders according to requirements. Deliver actionable data insights to aid client acquisition and retention efforts.

    Requirements    

    • Bachelor’s degree / diploma in one of the following fields: Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Technology.

    Role Purpose    

    • Responsible for the underwriting of a portfolio of clients for the Construction Bonds & Guarantees division for the global & corporate clients portfolio.

    Requirements

    Claims Specialist: Guarantees - Sandton

    Role Purpose    

    • Responsible for ensuring that the claims and contractual processes are implemented according to the requirements of the Guarantees division.

    Requirements    

    • Undergraduate qualification i.e. LLB/BCom
    • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a specialist claims/commercial environment
    • Admitted attorney (preferable)

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Attend and manage all aspects related to a portfolio of specialist claims such as claims registration, claims management, claims negotiation, salvage and recoveries.

    Motor Processing Administrator - Sandton

    Role Purpose    

    • Responsible for policy administration and financial functions via the Eezebee policy system and Maintaining courtesy vehicle management of claims by booking a vehicle for the insured who suffers loss of use as a result of an insured event for the waiting period of replacing or repairing the vehicle.

    • Arrange rental returns for vehicles to be returned or collected to or by AVIS from clients

    Role Purpose    

    • To develop and execute the Admed brand, marketing and communication strategy in line with the overall Admed strategy and ensure that all internal and external Admed communication is accurate, easy to understand, and complies with legislation, brand and tone.

    Requirements    

    • Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree in Marketing or Communications)
    • At least 2 years experience in advertising, internal communications, website and all forms of communication

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Creating and driving marketing and communication campaigns for the Admed product
    • Providing support to communication campaigns across the various white-labelled gap products including MedGap, Crue, GapShield, Momentum GapCover and any other white-label arrangement entered into by Guardrisk
    • Arrange all broker and staff functions during the year
    • Ensuring that all communication material across the various channels and white-labelled products (digital, print material, website, etc) is clear, consistent, of the highest quality, in accordance with the Guardrisk Corporate Identity and compliant with all relevant legislation
    • Planning, creating and managing the annual renewal launch programme, including event management, venue sourcing and booking, execution of theme, invitation and RSVP management, catering coordination, coordination on day of the event, liaison with 3rd party suppliers, sourcing gifts, management of the budget, ordering of marketing material, stock management and time management
    • Content generation and creative writing (newsletters, terms and conditions documents, website and other digital channel, client communication, presentations, etc), including copywriting and editing
