    Groups Agent - Kempton Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To answer calls and/emails or other communications from passengers and prospective passengers.
    • To take meaningful action against those calls, whether that be to provide information, make booking changes, assistance in lost property, assistance in special needs or create new bookings.
    • Agents are to be informed of all aspects of our service and all standard operating procedures and terms and conditions.
    • Agents are required to be timeous and courteous in their responses to client.
    • Agents are required to verify payments made by clients, capture names and assist with group changes.
    • Generate and follow through with group quotations and bookings and guide clients throughout the process.
    • The individual should be able to develop relationships with potential clients and maintain current relationships.
    • To provide feedback to management on any recurrent issues that passengers appear to be facing so that these issues may be addressed and corrected from the root cause.
    • To actively learn about all new aspects and developments within the airline to keep knowledge of our offering fresh and correct

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent;
    • Call Centre experience is preferential;
    • Experience using Zendesk, Phone systems, Raddix system and PayU will be advantageous;
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
    • Willingness to work overtime when required;
    • Candidates must be prepared to work shifts;

    IT Coordinator - Kempton Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Operations:

    • Test and configure IT software and maintain proper functioning of hardware and peripheral devices within specifications;
    • Manage IT Software licensing – Keep a record of the license agreements and renewals;
    • Manage and oversee Biometric Access Control Systems;
    • Manage all mobile and printer contracts;
    • Participate actively in the supplier contract process;
    • Provide business communications on planned and unplanned maintenance;
    • Documentation and maintenance of system procedures;
    • Manage and Coordinate assigned IT Projects
    • Ensures company resources are utilized appropriately;
    • Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules;
    • Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately;
    • Communicate to businesses where necessary.

    Procurement Management

    • Procurement of hardware and peripherals;
    • Procuring of Network equipment;
    • Evaluating and recommending software purchases to the IT manager;
    • Keeping an inventory of all company electronic assets – add the detail for IT Stock management, this a bigger responsibility;
    • Facilitate asset audits;
    • Installing, upgrading, and managing software and hardware on company devices.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric;
    • Professional network and other computer certifications, such as A+ and/or MSCE, Project Management, at a minimum;
    • ITIL accreditation and experience are advantageous;
    • Proven experience as an IT Coordinator or relevant position;
    • Hands-on experience and knowledge of IT software and hardware.

    HR/Payroll Administrator - Kempton Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • HR and payroll administration;
    •  Administrate employee entry, change and exit processes;
    •  Handle high volumes of staff queries;
    •  Implement and maintain accurate recordkeeping systems;
    • Employment verification (confirmation of employment);
    • Collect and process time keeping information;
    • Process, administrate and audit transaction relating to leave, overtime and commissions;
    • Process IOD and UIF forms;
    • Process loan and advance application;
    • Ensure optimal use of applicable systems, i.e. payroll, leave, work hours management, etc.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    •  Grade 12;
    •  Diploma or Certificate in HR, Finance, Payroll (or related field);
    •  3-4 Years’ experience within HR and/or Payroll environment, preferably in a corporate environment;
    •  Exposure to large payroll administration preferred;
    •  SAGE 300 People and ESS experience would be a definite advantage;
    •  Experience relating to Benefits, Leave, payroll related administration;
    •  Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), Payroll / HR Management systems;

    Recruitment Administrator - Kempton Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage job portals including writing and posting of job adverts;
    • Setting-up and confirming of interviews, meeting rooms and diarising with line-management;
    • Arrange psychometric and simulator assessments;
    • Completing of background verification checks as required i.e. Credit, Criminal, ID, Qualification;
    • Assist with conducting and completing verbal and written references;
    • Responsible for administrative functions, including, but not limited to:

                        * Preparing employment files for new staff;
                        * Drafting of employee contracts;
                        * Drafting of addendums to contracts;
                        * Compiling monthly recruitment stats;
                        * Updating the recruitment tracker;

    • Assisting with employee on-boarding process and experience, including first day orientation and induction;
    • Responsible for all related record-keeping and updating of candidate databases;
    • Ad hoc administration duties as and when required.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12;
    • Administrative Certificate / Diploma or related qualification will be an advantage;
    • 2 years’ relevant administration support experience;
    • Sound computer literacy on MS Word at an intermediate level with proven formatting skills (essential), MS Excel will be an advantage;
    • Exposure gained within the recruitment industry or environment will be highly advantageous;
    • Own transport is preferable.
