    Inclusive Procurement Manager - Strategic Programmes

    Job Description:

    General

    • Provide Inclusive Procurement contributions to the overall Supply Chain business strategy, providing innovative solutions to key challenges and supporting the delivery of business results.
    • Embrace an agile Supply Chain by being adaptive and flexible to accommodate and focus on emerging and changing business priorities.

    Community Strategy & Programme Management

    • Develop an integrated global Inclusive Procurement strategy and delivery programme that will drive a global approach to socio-economic development, job creation and prosperity within our host communities beyond mine closure.
    • Support Supply Chain regions/BUs/teams to translate the strategy into area specific critical tasks, performance targets, plans and budgets, ensuring it is responsive to local nuances, realities and changing, volatile environments.
    • Facilitate the development of a single plan per asset which is aligned with the integrated global strategy and work with BU Inclusive Procurement teams to drive and track implementation.
    • Manage the implementation and progress monitoring of the strategic programme, proactively manage risks and drive the achievement of performance objectives.

    Job Description:

    The purpose is to be the overarching expert and owner for Wet End Processes.

    Your duties will include:

    • Define the design criteria for wet end processes, pumping, etc. and conduct design reviews
    • Analyse root causes for performance issues and facilitate improvement sprints
    • Own the wet end baseline asset tactics

    Senior Engineering Manager - Musina

    Job Description:

    Venetia Mine requires an engineering manager (a 2.13.1 appointment) to provide competent engineering leadership and input to activities associated with site assurance and readiness, construction, and project commissioning as we transition the mine from its current open pit to underground operations.

    Reporting to the Senior General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the direction, development and co-ordination of all engineering activities on site.

    Zero Harm

    • Pursues and drives a culture of zero harm on site through a meticulous focus on health, safety, environmental and security strategies.
    • Ensures that all aspects of the site and work is completed in adherence to the Project Safety, Health and Environmental Plan and the De Beers Safety, Health and Environmental standards and systems.

    • Professional registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) (advantageous).

    Legal Principal Tenure & Permitting Law

    Job Description:

    The purpose of this role is to provide advanced and strategic legal support and guidance focusing on Tenure and Permitting to the Anglo American Group in South Africa, with an emphasis on expertise and individual contribution.
