    Oral Care Consultant

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develops a strong professional relationship and rapport with dental practitioners (e.g. Dentists, dental specialists, dental community oral health advisors, etc.) and staff, as well as community health administrators and hospitals
    • Develop in-depth knowledge on each dental office account
    • Develops and implements specific account contact strategies that align the 10 Point Professional Plan guidelines
    • Classifies, categorizes and optimizes the number of dental offices contacted in the assigned territory
    • Within the assigned territory influences dental practitioners and their staff to personally use, display and actively recommend Colgate products
    • Continually reviews account lists and generates creative leads to increase account penetration directly or in collaboration with partner dental distributor representatives
    • Develops and executes detailing plans for driving increased product usage, recommendations and sales within existing and new accounts
    • Implements planned sales, marketing and promotional activities to ensure product purchase for in-office usage of Colgate brands dental practitioners in the assigned territory
    • Leverage distributor salespeople to improve face to face contact with visited and non-visited accounts
    • Works closely with dental distributors, dental depots and pharmaceutical brokers, if required to ensure that product orders are complete, accurate and are delivered on time to ensure ‘best in class’ customer service reputation for Colgate
    • Responsible for maintaining customer records in a computerized database
    • Probes and uses insights to better understand practitioner/account needs
    • Understands competitor products weakness and ethically convinces and converts the account to Colgate technologies for better patient treatment outcome

    Required Qualifications;

    • A Bachelors Degree, preferably in dental university degree or life science
    • Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in an oral care, pharmaceutical or consumer goods company
    • Experience working in oral health care a plus

    Retail Environment Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Identify, prioritize Shopper/RE Insights for specific RE (to be the expert in the RE)
    • Develop RE strategy and 5Ps by RE based on RE and shopper expertise/insights. Strategy needs to have clear guidance by RE in every brand on 5 Ps
    • Develop Promotion activity grid by RE and identify activities to grow the RE and customer
    • Manage the GTN investment for the retail environment, p.e. TPR’s, PPR’s, Business builders Direct & Indirect. Develop a RE investment strategy & track the KPI’s goals-pay for performance.
    • Manage the visibility and activation budget in consumer promotion. Develop strategy and grids based on Category/RE strategy by brand. Seek alignment with Marketing teams
    • Build strategies by RE based on Category Strategy provided by Marketing. Build RE grids that reflect the whole spectrum of 5Ps for our brands.
    • Give input and approve customer grids based RE grids. Provide input on retailer perspective in commercial process
    • Develop 5P’s communication tools to CDT to execute the plans.
    • Responsible for 5P’s tracking, for continuously monitoring and work w/ CDT for corrections when needed
    • Identify and activate RE Growth Initiatives and work together w/ RM Shopper Mkt including on the shopper programs
    • Define Budget Review/MYR Volume plan & Financial Goals by RE aligned with commercial team
    • Identify gaps and solutions by RE at correct brand level in Monthly Commercial Meetings (CBP Monthly Discipline, OPMEET, Strategic Meetings, MYR, Budget Review, Annual Commercial Planning, etc. 
    • Develop robust RE Business analysis. (e.g. SOM, Distributors) to be the expert on the business by RE. 

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS; 

    • A Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Customer Marketing or related role.
