    Oversee the quality system in Production  

    • Evaluate, maintain and updatethe quality and food safety management system according to FSSC 22000 and other requirements
    • Monitor, evaluate and implement manufacturing systems and procedures to ensure that quality and food safety standards are consistently met
    • Ensure that procedures are followed correctly regarding change control at Production level 
    • Ensure validation studies for equipment, block flow diagram and process are completed and available
    • Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of cleaning and dis-infection systems in the plant.
