    Specialist, Organisational Effectiveness and Job Evaluation, People & Culture

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • To understand strategy and shifts in Organisational Effectiveness practices, implementing end-to-end solutions, prioritising and ensuring alignment of CoE initiatives implemented. Work together with business units, geographies and CoE teams to mature the OE discipline across regions and countries to ensure practices that are market-relevant, equitable and cost effective. Mature job evaluation practices, drive organisation-wide parity and execute job evaluation services.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Minimum qualifications

    • Degree in Behavioural Science / Social Science / Business Commerce.

    Experience required

    • Minimum 8 -10 years experience in Organisational Effectiveness with evidence to the contribution of the People & Culture practice.
    • Prior experience in utilising CoE Domain expertise to collaborate with relevant stakeholders, analysing and understanding the business need and translating this into execution plans to address business needs as well as future CoE strategy needs.
    • Must have the ability to drive the adoption of OE processes, services and technologies, optimising processes to support regions, countries and group functions, increasing the speed and efficiency of operations and contributing to a future-ready, adaptable organisation and workforce.
    • Proven experience in reviewing and adapting job architectures to align to appropriate tiering models and in conjunction with job family owners, business partners and relevant OE teams.
    • Track record of analysing trends, preparing analytics and metrics and submitting, using insights to support the forecasting of future changes in CoE practices, processes, and solutions.
    • Experience within a multinational company working with senior management teams in a complex environment.

    Head, IT Portfolio - Johannesburg

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • To advise, plan & report on the assigned IT Portfolio technology enabling implementation of the Business strategy. To deliver the portfolio technology mandate across the Group, overseeing delivery execution in country and shared execution.. To manage and take ownership of the fit for purpose portfolio technology toolbox throughout the full life cycle. To verify and evaluate local market outcomes to measure the efficacy of the toolbox and improve and innovate as required.  Lliase with various stakeholders across SBG and countries on architecture, IT risk, IT security, programme management and financial management.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • First Degree in Information Studies or Information Technology
    • Experienced in multi-country engagements with focus on oversight of strategic programme delivery across countries
    • 8-10 Years' knowledge of domain appropriate technology strategies and proven application of service management processes and frameworks
    • 8-10 years knowledge of domain operations, and understanding of ecosystems and suppliers and broad technical knowledge of the technology, solutions and service catalogue consumed by countries
    • Extensive travel required into designated countries
