    Junior Project Manager - Gauteng

    DESCRIPTION

    • The Junior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing custom and business projects delivered by a cross functional team with the primary function to ensure delivery as per required specifications, deadlines, and budget, on both new and exisiting client projects and internal business projects.

They will work under senior supervision and are involved in training and developing the capability.
    • The Junior Project Manager will be required to utilize a broad set of skills (project management, technical and general management) to ensure that the project team is well managed and delivers a superior service timeously.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Matric
    • Suitable Tertiary Degree/Diploma or Relevant Certification in a Project Management, Commerce or IT related field.

    Minimum Experience:

    • 2 or more years relevant experience within a data centric environment with 1 year supervisory or team management experience.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Proficient in the use of Excel, Microsoft Office and other software and systems such as SharePoint & MS Teams
    • Highly proficient in the use of a project management tool such as JIRA, ClickUp, etc.
    • Knowledge and understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies
