    Helpdesk Operator: Risk - Kuilsriver

    • The ideal candidate will answer incoming queries (via phone calls & e-mails) from stores and field management. Communicating effectively and co-ordination to suppliers, to ensure on time, to spec delivery of services, within the prescribed policies and procedures. Render an efficient and effective administration service to the Risk Operations team. The ideal candidate will be a resilient and a good problem solving individual who will deliver people orientated service to the business. The successful candidate will need to have high learning capabilities and be able to work independently with a strong “sense of urgency”.

    • Asset management : management of cost relating to Group Risk Capex.
    • Liaise with suppliers (quotes, order numbers, invoicing etc)
    • Service Desk Management: ensure all calls/queries are resolved
    • Updating of risk profile for stores.

    Store Manager - Joubertina

    • The purpose of the job is to optimize sales and exceed customer expectations through the implementation of the operations strategy and effective management of staff.

    Qualifications    

    • Matric or equivalent 2 years retail experience which includes at least on year in a supervisory and/or management position. Further qualifications related to retail / business will be an advantage.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience  

    • You will represent and be a custodian of the brand of our store. Be energetic and a self starter. Outstanding merchandise management , stock and cost control skills. A focus on customer service. The capacity to maintain high store standards. A proven ability to influence and lead a team.
    • You will have a keen development orientation in that you will be inspired to develop yourself and fellow team members. Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) and competence in a second official language would be a definite advantage

    Operations Analyst - Cape Town

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate financial business information to the Operations team. This is an exciting role where you will be working alongside the Financial Controller and report directly to our Financial Manager: Operations. As a key role player in the Operations Finance team you will have the opportunity to provide information to support Management decisions and strategy execution.

    System Management

    • To create new and improved reporting in applicable Applications:
    • To continuously enhance reporting processes for the purpose of improving efficiencies
    • Loggin of new requests and follow through to completion (including Spec creation)
    • Align with relevant role players.
    • System maintenance

    Reporting

    To compile, verify and issue:

    • Operations statistical and financial information to support Operations business decision making.
    • Store Visit statistics
    • Customer Service Statistics
    • Stockloss Reporting

    Staff incentives

    • To verify, approve and submit store information for payment purposes and to resolve queries.
    • Compile info iro field staff bonuses and KPI's

    Budgets

    • Assist in compiling the Annual Sales Budget and Forecasting
    • Preparation of annual store budget
    • Monthly updates of adjusted and new store budgets
    • Calculating daily sales budget per brand per store
    • Distribution and communication of Store Budgets(Annual Total Budget and Monthly Sales)
