    Client Service & Collection Representative (Fixed Term Contract)

    Job Output:

    • Responsible for customer interactions that result in resolved billing and account queries within scope whilst ensuring that quality and cost effectiveness is maintained.
    • Understand the requirements of the customer.
    • Provide accurate relevant product information.
    • Accurately recording, updating and changing customer information on business systems
    • Reconciliation of accounts
    • Liaise with other divisions teffectively resolve customer queries.
    • Outbound collections on overdue accounts
    • Dealing with 3rd party parties
    • Ad Hoc functions

    Requirements

    Experience:

    • Customer Service experience in a customer telephonic support environment
    • Experience in a Customer Contact Centre with regards taccounts and billing will be advantageous
    • Administration experience is a highly recommended

    Qualifications

    • Matric
    • Computer Literate (MS Excel/MS Word and MS Outlook)

    Management Accountant

    Job Output:

    • Preparation of Divisional budgets and forecasts
    • Assist with month end calculations
    • Assist with running of revenue reports
    • Update Divisional Income statement actuals
    • Assist with Reconciliation calculations
    • Assist with Variance reports workings
    • Update Month end tables
    • Assist with invoice detail calculations
    • Assist with ad hoc queries
    • Preparation of Management reporting
    • Ensure that fiscal control is maintained at all times and actual spend is in line with the budget across the divisions
    • Assist with analysis of current and historic financial and non-financial information
    • Approval of supplier invoices
    • Approval of company payments
    • Approval of customer refunds
    • Assist Auditors in commentary required for internal audits
    • Assist Auditors in commentary required for external audits

    • Advanced MS Excel Knowledge
