    Software Developer

    Write testable, scalable, and efficient software using C#, JavaScript, SQL and other relevant technologies.

    Adoption of DevOps practices and tools using Azure as a base.

    Delivering solutions on time, within budget and meeting quality expectations.

    Provide solution architectures, system and feature designs that meet business requirements and align with enterprise architecture standards and other non-functional requirements like security, availability, scalability etc.

    Perform code reviews and implement solutions according to specified designs.

    Troubleshooting, debugging, and refactoring of code to optimise performance.

    Confer with cross-functional colleagues to unpack business requirements and design solutions that fit their purpose.

    Effectively apply agile principles, practices, and overall operating model.

    Required Knowledge and Experience:    

    • Proven 3-6 years’ work experience as a software developer
    • Hands on experience with Microsoft tech stack programming languages
    • Experience in C#, .Net Core, .Net Standard and .Net Framework and SQL Server.
    • Experience with JavaScript, Angular, React, CSS and jQuery
    • Experience in web technologies, such as JSON, RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML, CSS and HTML.
    • Experience in and understanding of SOLID, Patterns and Practices of OOP and related implementation concepts.
    • Experience with Unit Testing.
    • Experience with source control management, Git Repositories using Azure DevOps.
    • An understanding of cloud solutions & micro-services architecture.

    Required Knowledge and Skills

    • C# Development
    • Software design patterns
    • JavaScript Frameworks (ReactJS and AngularJS are both a must)
    • Database technologies (MSSQL, Oracle) and SQL scripting
    • SharePoint Knowledge will be an added advantage (SP Architecture, Development and Best practices)
    • Exposure to Azure and other cloud technologies like Amazon, Google Cloud etc.
    • Embody the principles espoused by the agile manifesto.
    • Good technology presentation and communication skills

    Finance Business Partner (Reporting: Branch, Binder and Projects)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and management of accounting functions and processes, this includes but not limited to the following:
    • Review of journals for validity and accuracy
    • Review of the management accounts for validity and accuracy, submit review notes, sign off on the income statement and balance sheet accounts
    • Review of reconciliations and address any discrepancies and reconciling items
    • Ensure that the subledger/systems reconciles to the GL
    • Preparation of monthly financial packs, reporting, analysis, commentary on portfolio profitability and presentation to Business Heads, Managers and or Regional Managers
    • Responsible for the budgeting process, forecasting and variance analysis

    • Responsible for creating a high-performance culture through effective coaching, training, supervision and management

    • Build strong working relationships with the Operations teams and various stakeholders

    Required Knowledge and Experience:  

    • 5 -6 years post articles reporting experience in the commercial financial services industry
    • 3 -5 years people leadership experience
    • Insurance industry experience is advantageous
    • Knowledge of accounting packages, systems and controls including budgeting
    • Exceptional Business acumen and broad business knowledge
    • In depth knowledge of financial accounting and related processes & International accounting standards

    Senior Manager: Digital Engagement

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create the strategy and lead the transformation of our customer facing digital platforms to improve customer engagement and maximize revenue, including creating and implementing a multi-year digital roadmap
    • Optimize our digital customer experience journeys, offers and conversion points to drive customer engagement and revenue
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

    Senior Consultant - Central Analytics

    Experience:

    • 5+ years relevant analytics experience in a consulting or corporate environment

    Skills:

    • Whilst the role is largely a consulting and business facing role, the candidate needs a strong technical background and demonstrated ability to solve business problems using data and associated analytical toolsets.

    • Interpret business understanding documents, flow charts, IT strategies and architecture.

    • Conduct control design adequacy and effectiveness testing.
    • Ensure that information generated is accurate, valid and comprehensive prior to review and/or reporting.
    • Draft findings and discuss these with control owners/management to confirm factual correctness.
    • Take responsibility to clear and finalise all own reported findings/reporting points.
    • Review own working papers for quality and completeness before sending to manager for review.
    • Ensure all review queries are cleared within a reasonable timeframe (expectation 48 hours).
    • Track audit process status for allocated areas of responsibility and effectively communicate any anticipated challenges, delays, etc.
