    Quality Controller

    Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

    Maintain comprehensive quality control / assurance programme for the intrinsic laboratory

    • Manage the routine Laboratory functions
    • Adhere to Best Laboratory Practice
    • Ensure that all analyses are performed according to correct methods and equipment is maintained properly
    • Purchasing of glassware, reagents and chemicals
    • Ensure availability of all procedures, specifications and methods
    • Plan all work through the Laboratory to ensure approvals are coordinated with production outputs.

    • Effective management of all Quality Systems and Food Safety
    • Effective management and completion of internal controls and related activities

    • Ensuring LIMS utilization throughout the site

    • Training of personnel on Quality control measures
    • Management of test equipment to ensure on-time calibration and maintenance

    The successful candidate must have the following attributes, qualifications, experience and skills:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification – Nat. Diploma/Degree in Food Technology; Microbiology or equivalent
    • 2-3 years relevant experience in a Food and Beverage laboratory environment
    • Sound knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO 17025

    Master Materials Scheduler

    Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

    • Drive MRP fundamentals adherence and governance at site level to ensure site 4-week MPS KPI is met
    • Manage OTIF processes to ensure Packaging and Brewhouse plans are met, including Returnable requirements
    • Manage OTIF process for Indirects and MRO items
    • Co-ordinate PIPO process for the site, including requesting for BOM updates
    • Chair monthly and quarterly SPP meetings with key suppliers for both MRP and site SLA’s
