    Pharmacy Sales Assistant - Lydenburg

    Job Objectives

    • Handling payments and balancing sales and receipts according to company procedure.
    • Be aware of new products and keep your product knowledge up to date.
    • Restocking items and organizing the sales floor according to standard operating procedures.
    • Regularly conducting price audits to identify and rectify price discrepancies.
    • Processing customer payments using the stores' Point of Sale (POS) system.
    • Maintaining product knowledge to offer advice and recommendations.
    • Stay up to date on all promotions and special offers.
    • Maintain visual merchandising standards.
    • Conduct proper housekeeping.
    • Handle all customer queries timeously and escalated to higher management when necessary.

    Qualifications

    Experience

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Bilingual, preferably fluent in Afrikaans and English.

    • Knowledgeable of payment procedures (e.g. cash, cheque, bank card, credit cards, coupons, vouchers).
    • Knowledgeable of stock-receiving procedures and merchandising standards.

    Pharmacist Assistant (Post-Basic)

    Qualifications

    Export Coordinator

    Job Objectives

    • Receiving load plans and registering files for each consignment. 
    • Obtaining all relevant permits, imports and export certification for the consignment. 
    • Informing relevant parties of transport requirements.  
    • Submit EDI requests to ITD customs department.  
    • Sending haulage instructions/ final load confirmations to relevant parties.  
    • Preparing documentation for hand over to the operations and transporter for the day of loading.  
    • Ensuring timeous dispatching of consignments.  
    • Sending pre alerts and shipping instructions to all relevant parties.  
    • Obtaining final documentation and ensuring timeous despatch for clearing of consignments.  
    • Closing off invoices on all the relevant systems.  
    • Reporting on KPA’s.  

    Qualifications

    • BCom degree in  Supply Chain, Logisitics, International Trade or similar 

    Experience

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Freight forwarding and clearing industry. 

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Knowledge of SARS documentary process. 
    • Knowledge of multi modal documentation  
    • Solutions oriented with a can-do attitude  
    • Proven track record of delivering high quality work 
    • Excellent problem-solving skills 
    • Proficiency in Excel, Google sheets
