    Retail E-Commerce Key Accounts Manager

    Retail Ecommerce Key Account Managers / Core Requirements
     

    • (2 – 5+ years) who can hit the ground running.
    • MUST HAVE good relationships in place already with Buyer in the major Online Retailers in Electrical / Homeware / Beauty Departments etc.
    • Will be required to look after 2 – 3 Accounts, including but not limited to our own Branded Websites 
    • Will be primarily responsible for producing high turnover growth of the Ecommerce portfolio Retail Online sites
    • MUST HAVE current experience at least 12 months + in dealing with Major Online Retailers and deal with Buyers in the Electrical / Homeware / Beauty Departments
    • New Business - Must be able to identify new business, successfully pursue and maintain business.
    • Will be primarily responsible for producing high turnover growth of the Ecommerce portfolio of the branded website. (Managing, enhancing, and increasing sales on the Retail website and/or their own Branded Websites)
    • Present and successfully list new lines on Ecommerce Retail Sites & Branded Websites.
    • MUST HAVE already have demonstrated proven ability and success in building an online brand as this in an opportunity to enjoy greater flexibility and challenges with the opportunity to become a key member of the digital team.

    Maintenance Foreman

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Millwright Red Seal (N6) or Degree in Engineering
    • Plant level experience with proven maintenance management experience.
    • 6 years + in the role as a maintenance foreman
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Purpose of the Role:

    • Lead the sites Maintenance function in providing both a reactive and pro-active, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities
    • Responsible for planned scheduling and timely completion of work carried out.
    • Increase plant operational effectiveness, reduction of mean time between failures and
    • Manage and implement improvement plans, ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
    • Manage the team on technical best practice and establish standard policies and procedures whilst also mentoring and leading the department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site.
    • Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximising plant utilization and reducing unplanned downtime.
    • Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift supervisors.
    • Ensure routine maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automation/programming systems are undertaken.
    • Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions.
    • Produce written reports.
    • Perform root cause analysis and propose/resolve problems.
    • Identify improvement opportunities.
    • Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric (Mathematics)
