Purpose of the Job

To provide co-ordination of the capex projects and processes to optimise Engineering efficiency and ensure the return on company assets for the division and for effective management of the Plant Maintenance processes

Who You Are:

• You are able to co-ordinate capex projects and processes to optimise Engineering efficiency and ensure the return on company assets for the division and for effective management of the Plant Maintenance processes
• You have built a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Capex and Maintenance Co-ordination portfolio in the Petrochemical industry.
• You are an expert at SAP ERP Production Proficiency | SAPPM Plant Maintenance | SAP MM Materials Management | SAP PS Project Systems | SAP AM Asset Management
• You are passionate about Engineering Support | SAP Systems | Problem Solving.
• You have excellent Administrative skills in SAP ERP Production Systems | Excel |  Data Analysis.
• You have a reputation for fostering and sustaining effective working relationships and rapport with the Engen`s Business Stake Holders | Commercial Sales  | Lubes Sales | Engineers | External Customers | Vendors to keep abreast work requests and query resolution. 

What you’ll have done before:

Baseline:

• NQF Level 6 (Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Maintenance or Mechanical Engineering)
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in the portfolio of Capex and Maintenance Co-ordination and Administration | Petro Chemical Industry. 
• Minimum of 3 years working knowledge of SAP ERP Production Proficiency | SAPPM Plant Maintenance | SAP MM Materials Management | SAP PS Project Systems | SAP AM Asset Management

Advantageous 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Engineering & Maintenance/ Operations/ Plant Environment.
• Good Technical understanding of Commercial | Lube  Business Fuel Installations 
• Good Technical understanding of Petrol Service Station forecourts and forecourt equipment.
• Working Experience in the role as SAP ERP Production Trainer.  
• Working Experience in SAP Preventative Maintenance (PM)
• Working Experience in basic Finance and Procurement procedures and processes

• Applies knowledge to the support and development of Engineering Reliability and Compliance Initiatives  
• Driving the implementation of the Commercial and Lubes Business as it pertains to Asset | Equipment Maintenance Strategies. 
• Creates opportunity to streamline | support | review existing Maintenance and Capital Procedures and Processes 
• Effectively liaise with Engen`s Internal and External Customers thereby ensure effective communication and working relationships with the Engen`s Business Stake Holders.

What you’ll be doing:

ENGINEERING SUPPORT

• Maximise Engineering project control by timely processing of requisitions & invoices and follow up of orders
• Streamline project expenditure by ensuring that the vendor and contractor payments are processed timely
• Manage inter-departmental queries as well as ensure that the vendor/ contractor data base in place and up to date
• Ensure timely processing of notifications and settlement of invoices
• Generate and provide relevant reports for the department and ensure that the project files are complete and accessible

PLANT & MATERIALS MAINTENANCE PROCESS CO-ORDINATION 

• Ensure completion of maintenance requests executed and closure of notifications are in line with agreed SLA's
• Ensure that zero outstanding production orders achieved
• Ensure that the insurance claims processed and effectively closed

ASSET MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

• Ensure timeously closure of projects and return of capital funds
• Constantly update master data to ensure its current and up to date
• Ensure that the site closures are co-ordinated to ensure that the assets removed or reallocated

STAKEHOLDER INTERFACE

• Ensure cross-functional processes are managed and liaise with relevant stakeholders
• Liaise with internal customers and ensure effective communication (Procurement/  HSEQ/ CSC/ FSSC)

HSEQ COMPLIANCE

• Ensure effective maintenance of HSE records and support compliance with departmental HSEQ Management System
• Ensure PTW co-ordination to job card and maintenance
• Coordinate the statutory inspection records (tanks; pumps; lifting equipment, marine inspections)
• Ensure compliance with ZETO rules in work environment

Purpose of the Job

Receive, store, and handle all products at Terminal in an HSEQ compliant manner to contribute to plant effectiveness.

What you'll have done before:

Baseline:

• Matric mandatory.
• 2 years’ experience in Terminal operations/Supply Chain 
• Receipt of various product grades via pipeline, ship, and road.
• Dealing with other Oil companies, external surveyors, and internal shipping teams 
• Ensure the plant operates effectively and contributing to minor maintenance at the terminal.
• Technical qualification advantageous
• Understanding of Engen EIS and LOTO procedures.
• Understand the Engen PTW system.
• Fuel facts and FF- web knowledge.

What You'll be doing:

• The right products in the right quantities are received into stock.
• No accidents, contaminations or spills due to negligence of incumbent.
• Products are stored safely in line with policy guidelines and Standing instructions.
• The right products in the right quantities are stored in the right storage areas.
• Product handling take place in accordance with laid-down policy guidelines and Standing instructions.
• No delays in customer service due to incompetence of operator-all products dispatched on time as per loading documentation.
• The work area is maintained in a clean, safe and hazard-free condition.
• Depot equipment in good working order.
