    Sales Consultant, Retail - IStore Eastgate

    Position Summary:

    The Sales Consultant is responsible for maximizing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing expert guidance and assistance throughout the sales process. This role involves establishing and maintaining relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. The Sales Consultant will be expected to stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate input and recommendations to customers.

    Responsibilities:

    Customer Engagement:

    • Engage and build positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by offering product knowledge, advice, and assistance.
    • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of various products, features, and benefits to effectively answer customer queries and make recommendations.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure a seamless sales experience.
    • Maintain regular follow-up and communication with customers to nurture ongoing relationships.

    Sales Management:

    • Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and conversion strategies.
    • Develop and implement sales techniques to increase customer interest and drive sales growth.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
    • Monitor and track sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback for reporting purposes.

    Product Expertise:

    • Continuously acquire and update product knowledge, including features, benefits, and competitor offerings.
    • Conduct regular research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance existing products or suggest new product ideas based on customer feedback and changing market demands.
    • Actively participate in product trainings and ensure mastery of technical knowledge.

    Requirements:

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales or relevant customer-facing roles.
    • Familiarity with the sales process and techniques.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Customer-oriented approach with a passion for providing exceptional service.
    • Able to understand and fulfill customer needs by recommending appropriate solutions.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in using CRM and other sales software/tools.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

    Part-Time Sales Consultant - IStore Eastgate

    Job Description

    We are looking for tech savvy, retail inclined individuals with great communication skills to join our team. 

    Our  iStore Sales Consultant is responsible to  maximise the sales opportunity in the iStore. 

    You will be ensuring that all customers receive hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology & services. You will proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their needs, present complete solutions and create memorable experiences. 

    We will give you all the knowledge and tools around all our iStore products for you to be successful in the role.  

    This role is ideal for someone that would need a little flexibility and not a full time role at current.  You will be in a flexible position where you will only be required to work 138 hours per month.  

    If you thrive on teamwork and great customer service. This position might just be for you.

    • Do you have a minimum of a Matric certificate?
    • Some Sales Experience, preferably in retail or alternatively product knowledge would be an advantage?

    Call Centre Agent

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support, assistance and resolution in line with the iStore trading hours
    • Achievement of targets
    • Adherence to contact centre processes and procedures
    • Handle complaints, answer queries and provide support and general information
    • Be fully conversant with the Core Group's client care and client satisfaction policies and service level undertakings
    • Display a passion for client service, client satisfaction and commitment to meeting and meeting and exceeding client expectations 
    • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with both clients and co-workers in challenging situations i.e. irate clients, conflict resolution, etc.
    • Technical support: Resolving technical issues telephonically and possibly researching technical issues
    • Status queries: Assist customers with queries on all repairs in progress
    • Call logging all incoming telephonic requests
    • Customer service

    Requirements:

    • Matric Certificate
    • South African ID
    • At least 1 year of experience in a Call Centre
