    HRBP ER Specialist Global Grade 11 - Middelburg

    Key Output

    • Proactively identify and drive wellness and safety initiatives to improve awareness, wellbeing and work life balance for all employees.
    • Translates HR strategy into a clear people agenda for the region / area of responsibility within the direction set the business and HR.
    • Ensures region / area has appropriate people plans, capability and resources to deliver the plans.

    • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop strong, positive working relationships with organizational leaders.

    • Provide technical assistance to the planner and supervisor related to indicative and preventative maintenance in terms of content and execution.

    Reman Inspector Global Grade 06

    Key Outputs

    • To manage the reman cores tracking process. Ensure the correct criteria's(Full, Partial, Reject) are used when inspecting cores, handling of core paperwork and managing outstanding reman cores Service & Counter(reports)Ensure cores are Tagged and packed in the correct Inspection lines. Ensure feedback report is received and action taken on downgrades. Ensure Housekeeping standards are maintained.
    • Inspecting cores to determine and assign correct reman criteria in order to allocate and produce correct customer credit. Ensure inspection line accuracy to improve credit lead times (cash flow).

    Key Outputs

    • Lead the Technical School of Excellence
