    Manager, Execution, FAIS & Conduct, Cons

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    To implement and execute Market Conduct regulations within allocated portfolio that contributes to client experience and influences market share growth. To deliver a pro-active first line of defence conduct risk function which will ensure sustainable and effective execution against conduct regulations.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bcom Degree
    • Regulatory Exam for REPS,  Regulatory Exam for KI,  relevant FAIS qualifications and relevant training for banking and insurance.
    • 5-7 years Experience in implementation and execution against conduct regulations to ensure compliance with regulations, this includes experience in pro-active first line monitoring to identify risks.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    • Ensure a first line of defence risk management framework is achieved which ensure client experience and profitability measures are met.
    • Manage the appointment process and ensures all appointments into FAIS roles are vetted and complies with FAIS and internally agreed frameworks.
    • Where non-compliance is identified, this must be reported on to the Senior Manager, Execution, FAIS & Conduct.
    • Identify current and potential employee skill requirements in consultation with the People and Culture function.
    • Enable integrated ways of working and collaboration across the value chain to deliver for the client.
    • Provide all MIS to ensure oversight over the execution of conduct regulations are maintained by Key Individuals and Heads.
