    Administrator Contract Admin - South32, Johannesburg

    POSITION SYNOPSIS:

    • The purpose of the role is to assist with timely and accurate execution of S32 contracts creation and maintenance for and on behalf of the business.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Serious contenders must have a Grade 12 together with a Certificate in a relevant discipline i.e. Supply Chain or Business Administration and with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain;
    • In-depth knowledge of SAP MM Module, Contracts and Ariba S&C is essential;
    • Proficient at report writing, document preparation and presentation is essential;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential;
    • Basic MS Excel skills are essential.

    CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Manage/Maintain all contract and contract purchase order related requests;
    • Investigate and resolve contract and contract purchase order related queries;
    • Collaborate with the different stakeholders as directed by the request and query type;
    • Ensure all actions are performed within the agreed Contract Admin SLA;
    • Provide accurate and timely information with supporting information;
    • Contribute to maintain a culture of innovation, learning and development and continuous improvement;
    • Recommend improvement initiatives in existing processes, practices and systems;
    • Ensure compliance to all internal controls, agreements, systems, standards, governance and procedures as well as legislative requirements and statutory reporting;
    • Provide assistance with internal and external audit or governance requirements;
    • Compile daily/weekly/ monthly grade control reports.

    Administrator Talent Acquisition - South32, Hotazel Manganese Mines

    POSITION SYNOPSIS:

    • The purpose is to provide support throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, to the Talent Acquisition Specialists working remotely in South Africa, ensuring a seamless external candidate and internal stakeholder experience.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Serious contenders will have a Grade 12 with a Certificate in Human Resources (1 Year) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources Administration and Processes (includes Interview, psychometric assessment, background check, medical assessment);
    • 1 year recruitment experience is essential;
    • 1 year and more experience working on Excel and Word is essential;
    • 1 year and more experience with recruitment systems - Success Factors and SAP is advantageous.

    CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Booking interviews;
    • Greeting candidates at reception;
    • Assisting with travel arrangements;
    • Administration and reporting of background checks;
    • Booking of medicals;
    • Setting up and closing out requisitions;
    • Compiling and distributing interview packs;
    • Other administration duties as requested.
