    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant

    Requirements:

    • Requirements gathering: Engage individuals in all business areas to understand and map the business requirements and processes.
    • Analysing and Modelling: Analyse, model, and document existing and planned business processes.
    • Configuration and Workflow: Configure administrative features and workflows within Business Central.
    • Data Management: Capture and manage finance and operations data.
    • Functional Expertise: Showcase expertise in the following functional areas of Dynamics 365: finance, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and sales.
    • Provide end-to-end implementation Service: Deliver the service, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting.
    • Best Practice Methodology: Process improvement must be based on best practice recommendations for the different areas of the business. All process improvements must reduce inefficiencies.

    Additionally, be able to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:

    • Practical Implementation Experience: At least five years of practical implementation experience with Business Central or its predecessor, Microsoft NAV, particularly in logistics and finance. Knowledge of the Liquor/Wine industry will be an advantage.
    • In-House Implementation: Experience implementing Business Central or NAV within an organization.
    • Communication Skills: Strong and confident communication skills.
    • Module Recommendations: Ability to recommend and implement other modules and third[1]party add-ons.

    Required Experience:

    Cutover Lead

    Candidate Requirements

    • Proven Track Record of similar type role on large scale ERP programmes
    • Strong and experienced cutover lead required to ensure thorough planning, execution, and completion of all relevant cutovers during Project Horizon rollouts.
    • Previous MS D365 cutover experience will be an advantage
    • Vendor interaction and vendor activity tracking experience
    • Leads integrated cutover activities for Pre-Go-Live, Go-Live and Post Go-Live for 6 Cut-Over cycles:
    • Ensures entry into and exit out of cutover stage gates and audit requirements are met including the final Go/No-Go meetings for each roll-out
    • Acts as the final point of escalation for all Cut-over issues, proactively bringing about appropriate interventions when the Cutover/s may be jeopardized
    • Develops integrated Roll-Back Plan and Strategy and back out / contingency plans for Cutover/s
