    Purpose of Job 

    Build the CONNECTED SUPPLY CHAIN digital technology practice for Mining, Manufacturing,

    Energy and Utilities industries.

    Key Outputs 

    • Sales
    • Define and execute go-to market strategies for in target industries
    • Grow Major/strategic account revenue in conjunction with account leads
    • Drive new business development within new clients
    • Drive co-sell opportunities with Technology solution providers
    • Develop innovative solutions for clients and industries and convert these into sales
    • Oversee all business development initiatives across assigned industry/competency/ sub-competency

    Experience

    • Working knowledge of Essential 8  and other connected supply chain technologies in relevant industries such as Automation and Control, IoT, AI, Robots/RPA, Drones, VR/AR, 3-D Printing, Block chain, Mobile, Social Media, Cloud architectures and Data & Analytics
    • Be recognised as thought leader in industry through frequent publications and speaking engagements
    • 10 - 14 years relevant project and consulting experience
    • At least 4 years’ experience should be operational experience in client environment
    • At least 6 years’ experience should be in delivering technology solutions and managing clients and project teams
    • And 4-6 years formal sales and sales pipeline management experience

    Qualifications

    • Relevant B degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or Engineering
    • Masters Degree or higher or an advanced business degree would be preferable (e.g. MBA, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, Masters of Commerce etc.)

    Accreditation

    • Enterprise architecture certification highly recommended
    • Formal project management certification recommended
