Key purpose:

• Preparation of costings and proposals for charters. (Trip cost estimates)
• Liaison with Scheduling Manager in respect of aircraft and crew availability as well as the most efficient and cost-effective utilisation of the crew
• Liaise with Legal section in respect of Charter Agreements and ensure all relevant inclusions / exclusion / payment terms are covered
• Liaise with customer regarding the conclusion of the Charter Agreement and maintain regular interaction with the customer
• Hold pre-flight briefings with all concerned on charter flights ensuring all sections are aware of charter details
• Monitor all aspects of the charter flight
• Reconcile and verify all charter flight costs and ensure all payment terms are met
• Ensure business development through follow up on quotes provided and prospecting of possible new customers through research and ideas
• Keep abreast of new developments
• Assist the Manager: Charters with the control of the sections Fixed Expenses and Budget
• Liaise with Groups section in respect of work synergies
• Ensure efficient management of Charters and Contracts
• Build database and knowledge on competitors operating in same market
• Preparing of Presentations and Reports as required.

Qualifications and experience:

• Grade 12
• Travel / Marketing Diploma or Degree will be an advantage
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English speak, read and write
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Able and willing to work after hours, weekends and public holidays as may be required from time to time
• Willingness to travel
• Valid Passport and Health Certificates (e.g. Yellow Fever)
• Knowledge of aircraft performance and experience in the aviation industry
• Product knowledge within the markets of operation will be a definite advantage

Key purpose:

• To ensure that the design of IT security architecture as well as appropriate security controls are in line with policies, processes, standards and procedures. The incumbent will also ensure that proper and adequate IT technology and tools are in place to enforce these controls. Responsible for the design, implementation, and operational aspects of the Data Centre Network Security environment.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Drive business profitability in the context of cost management through Information technology solutions
• Increase operational efficiency and suggest solutions to enhance cost effectiveness
• Develop financial model for charge-out for all components to ensure relevant income are generated
• Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end- users, SMEs, project managers and senior staff members by providing input to business requirements
• Develop appropriate strategic plans for the network design and architecture by executing plans and all changes required to optimize business network
• Monitor changes in legislation, regulations, initiatives, and relevant industry practices. Ensure drafting and implementation of appropriate interventions. Ensure compliance with audit requirements
• Identify all the components within the network by defining benchmarks for latency and utilisation of network components
• Implement network changes during defined slots and at appropriate times by executing all changes
• Ensure all network testing and analysis of network facilities are executed and findings used to increase efficiencies in the business
• Produce multi-network designs, design policies and applications for the business
• Manage own development to increase own competencies

Qualifications and experience:

• 6 years experience in IT Network Security
• Expert knowledge of Cisco Next Generation Firewalls, remote access VPN and associated security technologies.
• Essential to have an excellent understanding of best practices in layered Network security appliances, devices, and components.
• Strong Network troubleshooting skills
• Must have a very good knowledge of security trends and technology changes.
• A knowledge of complementary Cisco technologies like ACI and Tetration or cloud services {Azure/AWS}, would be advantageous.

• Experience in incorporating Security in all aspects of Solution Architecture and Development
• Experience architecting solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with CI/CD (Continuous integration and continuous delivery).
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 roadmap, and the ability to evaluate the applicability for business productivity solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness, to understand business objects, requirements, challenges, constraints, and opportunities into requirements and solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to exhibit technical credibility with both IT and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple engagements within tight timeframes in a fast paced environment
