    Branch Admin Officer - 25 hours per week

    Purpose of Position:

    • To provide the relevant depot with an effective administrative support service and to perform logging and route reporting and printing related tasks.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12

    Required Experience:

    • Administration related work experience within a pathology laboratory environment, Knowledge: Medical Terminology, Knowledge: Meditech system

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Perform general administrative tasks to ensure in order to ensure that the relevant documentation is accurate and accessible, Performing logging related tasks in order to ensure that accurate records and documentation are maintained

    People Partner - Centurion

    Purpose of Position:

    • Act as a strategic partner and advisor for both employees and managers and deliver customised and innovative solutions. Assist with the People Partner projects and act as change agents for both management and employees to promote the positive change in the business environment.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Required), HR Degree (Required)

    Required Experience:

    • 5 years HR generalist experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze trends and metrics for the region and provide solutions to address the concerns., Consult with line management and provide daily People processes guidance aligned to the organisational strategy., Identify training needs for teams and individuals in consultation with the Learning and Development department., Interview and appoint employees for the region., Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath., Monitor and report on workforce planning to ensure operational efficiencies., Monitor staffing needs and ensure effective recruitment of employees in consultation with the Talent Acquisition department., Provide People Partner policy guidance to ensure fair employment practices and engaged employees., Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances for the regions., Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
