    Tender Desk Specialist

    In this Tender Desk Specialist position

    • You will timeously update RFQ register with RFQs/Tenders, Deadlines and Submission dates and RFQ requirements.
    • You will ensure tracking of RFQ activities on global, regional and country level.
    • You will analyze RFQ scope, requirements, terms & conditions, liabilities; and seek clarifications if necessary.
    • You will notify RFQ Manager of any deadline extensions required immediately.
    • You will launch and update action tracker when applicable.
    • You will allocate and notify local commercial owner of RFQ for support.
    • You will seek Clarification from Bid owner in a timeously manner.

    Head of Core and Retail Sales

    YOUR TASKS:

    • Provide input to the Core and Retail Sales strategy for the SSA Region. Including sales forecast, budget, and manpower plans - considering business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies to deliver business growth and profitability, customer retention, improve competitive positioning and optimize resource utilization in line with business strategy, financial objectives.
    • Develop plans with the HOS to generate revenue through both the core and retail sales team.

    Commercial Governance and Compliance

    YOUR TASKS:

    • Actively develop strong relationships with Senior Management and decision makers of customers within the given portfolio.

    Project Engineer SSA

    Key responsibilities

    External

    • Interface with External Customers where required for the implementation of project objectives.
    • Where relevant, ensure that external stakeholders are consulted on direction, progress, goals and program issues

    Internal

    • Co-ordinate regional and in-country workgroups to achieve project’s goals
    • Work with functional experts and workgroups in designing appropriate solutions.

    • Facility capacity and anticipated growth, completing Base Data and Facility Sizing Questionnaires, process designs and MHE specifications, facility layouts, project plans, WBS and costs, project organisation, and project execution plans.

    Project Management

    • Manage business and project risks, including the development of contingency plans according to the needs of the projects being managed
    • Project management from inception to hand-over

    • Feedback and monthly reporting to the Director Engineering

    Minimum Requirements

    Education & experience

    • Proven ability to deliver complex engineering solutions
    • Bachelor’s degree in civil / mechanical / electrical building services engineering
    • Recognised qualification in project management

    Finance Trainer and Project Manager

    Key responsibilities

    Learning and Development

    • Define, plan and monitor
    • Define finance learning & development needs based on IDPs, individuals roles and input from managers.
    • Develop learning & development plan (including identification of internal and external interventions required).
    • Evaluate, confirm, manage and report on training programs to meet expected business outcomes.
    • Consult with managers in the business to understand business problems and opportunities to enhance eLearning and deployment or other learning technology solutions.
    • Track training attendance and work closely with HR to ensure training attendance are correctly updated on the system.

    • Experience in digitalization, automation and BI tools
