    Agile Coach - Johannesburg

    Responsibilities:

    • Work directly with Release Train Engineers, Business Owners, Leaders, Executives, and other Lean-Agile coaches to help them embody an agile mind-set and implement Lean-Agile practices.
    • Exposes leaders and organisations to the latest innovative thinking and ideas from the Agile community to increase agility.
    • Understand where the Organisation is within their agile journey and employ the right approach to take them to the desired maturity.
    • Leverage multiple frameworks and developmental models to provide a customised coaching approach to the organisation and individuals.

    Your expertise:

    • 5-10 years as an Agile Practitioner or Practise Lead, especially at an organisational transformation context or a senior coaching role
    • Proven experience working on agile initiatives
    • Knowledge of Agile at scale
    • Solid understanding of Lean, Scrum and Kanban
    • Senior Agile Coaching Experience advantageous

    Project Manager

    What you’ll do:

    • Planning, compiling and managing project schedules
    • Preparing, controlling and managing project budgets, forecasts and expenditure
    • Procurement management for relevant projects, inter alia approval of project orders and ensuring delivery is in accordance with requirements of the relevant project, especially technical and time requirements.
    • Managing the project within the scope of the applicable contract and application of best practice methods

    Senior Manager – Testing (QA)

    What you’ll do:

    • Creation of test plan and test schedule that are aligned with the overall project plan
    • Prioritise, allocate and execute tasks based on project plan
    • Organising and conducting weekly team meetings with the focus on targets achieved and prioritising outstanding tasks
    • Work closely with the project team to ensure that the project deliverables are
    • All testing efforts are appropriately prioritised based on the risk assessment
    • Provide analytical support in the resolution of defects
    • Reviewing and contribute towards system design documents such as functional requirements, technical requirements, non-functional requirements
    • Take ownership of queries and offer possible solutions to the various stakeholders to ensure the resolution of the issue.
    • Provide feedback to Senior management and Project managers where relevant and
    • Performance Management: Manage the performance and efficiency of the team using KPI’s, andstandards.
    • Identifies testing risks both within and across projects and provides testing solutions /processes to mitigate the risks
    • Test status reporting at both the detailed and management information level
    • Manage the test scope and delivery for medium to large sized projects and/or portfolios or work streams of large programmes
    • Manage a medium-sized test team which may be multi-site
    • Define and implement the overall test approach
    • Apply different estimating methods to estimate timescales, effort and costs for the testing phases
    • Responsible for producing the overall test delivery plan and defining the business test deliverable milestones, test tasks and activities whilst determining whether automation tools can be utilised
    • Manage a large testing capability, resources and testing process from project initiation to post implementation review and extended wellness
    • Identify slippage and develop strategies to recover and will own and resolve issues around the technical solution delivered into the business test environment
    • Ensure that all test phases have appropriate entry / exit criteria and for monitoring achievement of these criteria and for obtaining sign-off against these prior to Go Live
    • Implement a well-structured approach to test defect management and incident reporting
    • Monitor and report the status and progress of each test phase to different stakeholders and to agreed CMT standards

    Your expertise:

    • 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in the capacity of Test Manager/Lead for a test team of at least 5 FTEs
    • At least 8 years of experience in manual and automated software testing
    • Experience of having designed and implemented test frameworks on large s cale programmes and enhancing existing test processes
    • Strong experience on driving test strategy, detailed test plan, test cases design, test data management and full-cycle execution management Solid track record of designing and analysing formal test metrics
    • Engagement with stakeholders at all levels

    Qualifications required:

    • Degree in Information Systems/Technology/Computer Science, or equivalent
    • Test Management certification or Automation Testing certifications

    Your Expertise:

    Technical expertise

    • The Solution Architecting Team is responsible for delivering solutions proposals by having;
    • Managed Services Knowledge: Leverage extensive experience and knowledge of managed services to design solutions that meet or exceed client
    • Technical Background: Utilise a strong technical background, preferably gained from working with a Managed Service Provider (MSP), to inform solution design and ensure technical feasibility.

    Communication and presentation

    • The Solution Architecting Team is responsible to deliver solutions proposals by possessing expert-level skills in;
    • Technical Writing: Produce high-quality technical documentation that clearly and accurately describes the proposed
    • Business Writing: Develop business documentation, including proposals and presentations, that effectively communicate the value and benefits of the proposed
    • Presentations: Confidently present solutions to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating the technical and business benefits in a clear and persuasive

    Qualifications Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology-related programme or IT Architecture Standards/Framework certified (TOGAF, ITIL Design etc.)

    Preferred:

    • Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or related fields such as Cyber Security.

    Hyperscale /AWS Cloud Sales Specialist

    What you’ll do:

    • Generate leads, hunt new business, and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate, detailed client book, and developing an active, repeat customer base.
