• Managing weighbridge operations and capture intakes on the Milas system.

Requirements

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

• Grade 12

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

• 1-year general administration experience

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

• Capture stock intakes on the Milas system
• Perform internal transfer of stock on Milas
• Assist with supplier queries
• Photocopying, scanning and filling of documents
• Perform internal transfers of
• Ensure correct weighing of trucks
• Ensure smooth flow and control of trucks coming in and going out of the factory
• Manage weighbridge operations and ensure daily testing of weighbridge
• Check daily intakes in Milas against weighbridge records
• Ensure that delivery documents are correct and match the order schedule
• Complete the raw material gate sheet daily
