Warehouse Supervisor LM at ACDC Dynamics SA

Key Performance Areas:

• Continually optimize space by consolidating bins & mini bulks and remove slow moving stock
• Prepare and conduct cycle counts throughout the year
• Assist with annual audits for financial year end
• Submit weekly reports for stock movement
• Ensuring that the lockups are running according to company procedures and requirements
• Ensure accuracy of stock levels and stock movement in the lockups
• Ensure staff are well trained, binning, picking & checking the stock accurately
• To ensure all orders, inter branch stock & customer orders are picked and dispatched correctly

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Matric + tertiary qualification preferred
