    Vendor Relations Co-ordinator

    Description

    The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for onboarding suitable Vendors in accordance with Homechoice requirements while administrating, recording and reporting on various key performance indicators for both internal and external stakeholders.

    What you will love doing in this role

    Merchandise Vendor Onboarding

    • Own and execute the operational onboarding of Merchandise Vendors
    • Business owner for the Vendor Manual "guide to doing business with HomeChoice" and associated onboarding documents
    • Maintaining compliance status of onboarded Vendors

    Vendor Chargeback and Coaching Programme

    • Own and execute all aspects of Vendor Penalties including levying / wavering, identification, verification, issuing, negotiation and tracking to completion.
    • Annual review of penalty structure
    • Deep dive and correction to identify process gaps leading to deficiencies in operational excellence and both Vendor and Customer experience
    • Business owner for the Vendor Manual "guide to doing business with HomeChoice" and associated documents

    Vender Scorecard

    • Define scorecard evaluation criteria on a continuous basis according to business strategy and need
    • Develop and maintain a scoring methodology, communicate expectations and obtain buy-in
    • Gather and analyze data
    • Assign scores and provide feedback
    • Monitor metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
    • Collaborate with Merchandise on metrics and performance goals

    Reporting and Analytics

    • Reporting on inter alia  Supply and Delivery Infringements / Infringements by type and category / Penalties, Waivers and Chargebacks / Onboarding lead-times / New Vendor status

    Projects

    • As per business requirements

    Support for Inbound Planner

    • Provide relief for Inbound Planner activities during periods of absence

    What you’ll need to do this role

    • Diploma (Minimum)
    • Drivers License
    • 2-4 years’ experience
