Vehicle Monitoring Coordinator at Value Logistics

Purpose of the Job

• To monitor vehicles during delivery times, follow up on alarms and report all incidents on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities 

Operational

• Vehicle monitoring
• Alarm monitoring
• Monitoring of drivers/vehicles on route
• Reporting of incidents/accidents/damages
• Report vehicle faults to the relevant department
• Re-routing of drivers on the road with regard to urgent deliveries when necessary
• Assist drivers during deliveries when they are lost or can not find the correct address
• Assist drivers when delayed at customers for quick assistance. Liaise between drivers and call centre

 Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Fully computer literate
• 1 – 2 years experience in transport environment
• Good communication skills
