    Truck Coordinator - Contermanskloof

    Requirements:

    WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

    To be considered for this position, these are the skills we’re looking for:

    • Matric/Grade 12.
    • A Marketing or Administration qualification would be advantageous.
    • At least two years’ marketing or admin experience in a role with comparable goals and responsibilities.
    • Understanding of digital and Litho printing would be advantageous.
    • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word & Excel.

    Duties:

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    • Throughout every project’s journey, you’ll be responsible for:
    • Conducting truck surveys to determine what branding is needed and schedule branding to take place accordingly.
    • Compiling and submitting quotes for approval.
    • Ensuring invoices are made out for each branding job and following up on payment.
    • Ensuring all supplier payments are submitted for approval and paid on time.
    • Ensuring that artwork is supplied to the Printing Business Unit and signed off before printing commences.
    • Keeping accurate records of all trucks and branding at all times.
    • Compiling the needed reports for internal and external stakeholders (including financials).
    • Scheduling, sending, and coordinating truck-branding with third party applicators on an on-going basis.
    • Traveling to various DCs on an annual basis.
    • Managing stakeholder relationships on a daily basis.
    • Providing monthly Truck Branding updates to external stakeholders and attending conference calls as requested.
    • Daily communication with third party applicators for updates on brand applications.
    • Monthly stock take on all printed truck branding.
