Transport Administration Clerk - Johannesburg at Engen

What you’ll have done before:

Baseline:

• NQF Level 4 (Matric)
• 2 years’ experience in Administration functions
• Working knowledge of SAP and Excel

Advantageous:

• Understand Engen's standing operating standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Ensure document management system is up to date and filing is performed accordingly
• Ensure stationery requirements are attended to and costs are reasonable managed
• Ensure usage of the credit card as per approved limit, policy and procedures
• Ensure that petty cash re-imbursements is managed accordingly
• Provide efficient customer support and effective communication with customers and stakeholders
• Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with all stakeholders
