Training and Development Administrator (Fixed-Term contract) at Pepkor Speciality

Job Description    

Pepkor Speciality is seeking a dynamic Graduate who has recently completed a Bachelor/Btech Degree to work closely with the Training and Development team for 12 months to provide workplace experience.

Qualifications    

• Bachelor/Btech Degree in Human Resource Management or Office Administration (minimum NQF 6 qualification is essential)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience    

• Must have completed and graduated with relevant tertiary qualification
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office. Google Suite an advantage
• Strong administrative skills
• Accuracy in execution and attention to detail
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Flexible and willing to handle a variety of tasks
• Ability to work to deadlines and to report on requests timeously
• Systematic and thorough

Key Responsibilities    

• Administration related to all Training and Development activities
• Assist with basic administration, coordination, planning and follow up of Learnerships
• Assist with ad hoc projects
• Monthly reporting
