We are currently looking to a recruit a trainer to join our team.

Can you see yourself facilitating the development and up skilling of recruiters in order to bring about changers in their lives?

As a trainer you are there not just to give advice rather you have to coach, inspire and equip recruiters to be the best they can be. Some of the duties include:

• Identifying gaps in a recruiters performance
• Develop training material
• Facilitate class room training
• Conduct one on one sessions with recruiters
• Conduct at desk assessments
• Give performance feedback to recruiters and management
• Recommend action plans for recruiters
• Identify and maximising of the strengths of recruiters
• Develop tools to overcome weakness
• Identify and understand the emotions and reactions of others
• Address and overcome negative behaviour and thought processes that create road blocks

Requirements:

• Psychology degree (preferable)
• 3-5 years recruitment experience at an agency with a strong focus on business development (Must)
• Passion for people
• Need to help and assist others
