Duties & Responsibilities

• Outbound call centre environment
• Engage with new and existing customers
• Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential new customers
• Identify customers’ needs
• Persuade customers to buy by demonstrating how products or services meet their needs
• Inform customers of the product and the process required to apply for the relevant product
• Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, etc., and present their benefits
• Resolve any customer and product-related queries
• Conclude pre-agreements and actual agreements
• Meet set sales and QA targets

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience in an outbound call centre
• Grade 12/Matric qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Previous telemarketing sales experience is highly advantageous
• Clear disciplinary record
• Clear ITC and criminal record
