Recruitment for our Technology Internship Graduate Programme for 2020 has officially kicked off and we are excited to meet graduates who have ambition, drive and ideas wanting to join the MTN family.

The Technology Internship Graduate Programme combines both formal development and on-the-job development through placement into strategically aligned roles. The blended learning approach will include critical experiences, immersive experiences coupled with coaching and mentorship.

Start date for the Programme: 1st October 2020 

Duration of the Programme: 12 months

Roles to be based in the following locations: Johannesburg, Tshwane, Polokwane, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth and Cape Town. 

The Programme requires the following:

• Degree Qualification:  A minimum of  a 3 year undergraduate BSC  degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering , must be completed, and all subjects passed (average of 65% to be obtained).
• Age: The applicant must be between the ages of 20-26.
