Technical Cost Analyst at Pragma Global

Minimum Requirements

• Technical, Engineering, Qualitative Analysis
• More than 5 years experience in FMC (Oil and Gas) with knowledge of focused improvement methodologies
• Good technical knowledge skills in Oil and Gas
• Ability to identify trends through analysis

Duties & Responsibilities

 Cost Benchmark

• Analyse material cost for tactical and non-tactical work and develop benchmark cost
• Analyse and develop average time for tactical and non-tactical maintenance
• Provide maintenance savings as per agreed target
• Analyse % of invoices to ensure that L3 contractors are billing correctly

Technical Support

• Provide first line technical support to the Call Centre for Oil and Gas queries
• Review and approve work orders assigned to you
• Review follow up work from Critical Equipment Inspection and determine work required
• Review and action follow up work / reports from schedule maintenance

Quality Management

• Review repeat work orders and provide input to improve first time fix
• Review FMC warranty work and provide technical input to reduce
• Master data setup in On Key, i.e. benchmark cost etc
