Team Leader, VAF Late Stage at Standard Bank Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Accountability for leading, guiding, developing, supporting and motivating staff to consistently meet high quality service standards and achieve set goals, thereby contributing to the success of the VAF collections area. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed Matric
• Tertiary qualification or studying towards a tertiary qualification would be an advantage
• Any collections and product courses attended would be to an advantage

Experience 

• Minimum of two years experience in a credit / collections environment, preferably VAF
• Experience in people management would be to an advantage.
