Description

• Provide ongoing feedback to operators to fix problems.
• Enforce performance council and take disciplinary measure where necessary.
• Ensure problems picked up on chassis are checked & stopped to prevent ongoing faults.
• Ensure participation/arrange quality workshops on problems that need cross functional support.
• Conduct inspections of chassis (products) and protocol book before leaving a WS (handover process).
• Ensure product for next takt is ready for operators.
• Ensure movement of chassis per takt on time.
• Update daily display of chassis for the day Oversee 5S at the team station.
• Conduct toolbox audits Lay a process for audits.
• Focus on efficiency & ongoing improvement.
• Ensure customers verify that they receive the correct standard i.e. Trolleys, Chassis.
• Conduct a daily headcount plan for absenteeism.
• Complete daily end of shift status.
• Allocate 5S responsibility for operators - bin & floor labels, demarcations, clean floors & trolleys.
• Document code 2,4 daily in team area.
• Ensure first unit of batch faults is visualized.
• Ensure that all applicable TPM is maintained & checked daily.
• Perform root cause investigation of damages, loss and output of cycle count.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade: 12 Matric Certificate
