    Talent Development and Planning Manager

    What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

    • You will be at the forefront of ensuring our client’s offshore engineering and marine resources projects are staffed with the best talent available. You’ll develop and implement workforce planning strategies, analyse market trends, and forecast resource requirements to meet future demands. Your role will involve overseeing the recruitment process, optimising contractor utilisation across projects, and leading a team of professionals dedicated to talent management and crew coordination. Additionally, you’ll spearhead initiatives to enhance team capabilities, ensuring the workforce is well-prepared to tackle complex projects.

    • You’ll be joining a forward-thinking and innovative company that operates in the offshore engineering and marine resources sector. You’ll join a great team of professionals who value integrity, dedication and accountability. There will be some hybrid working once probation is done, possibly one or two days a week.

    What you’ll need

    • You’ll need a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Experience in workforce planning, resource management, or a related role is essential, ideally within the offshore engineering and marine resources sector. You’ll also need a proven track record in talent management, strong business acumen, and experience leading a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with an analytical mindset, are crucial for success. Proficiency in workforce planning or HR software and tools would be advantageous.
